Pros:

Die Anlage, das Personl sowie das Essen war super toll. Wir hatten warmes Wasser zum duschen (und dies bei Sturmwetter). Das Zimmer war ein bischen spärlich eingerichtet, da man jedoch nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt absolut toll

Cons:

Es gab mehrere Hund. Zwei davon eher schlecht erzogen (liefen auch immer wieder in die Küche, hygiene Technisch fragwürdig).

Peaceful location with an amazing view!
Pros:

Nice room with outdoor shower with an amazing view!
You can see monkeys directly from the room and hummingbirds while having breakfast!
The sunsets from there are fantastic!

Cons:

The guest next to our room where quite noisy and they had two dogs that they weren’t able to manage. It would have been better if the were on the next house which was free as we couldn’t use the terrace because the dogs were left there.

que tiene diferentes espacios, mirador, pisicina, areas de estar, senderos etc. Buena comida. Avistamiento de aves para los que les gusta.

Terrible que no tuvieran un letrero en el camino principal para saber exactamente por donde entrar al hotel. Llegamos en la noche y como no había letrero. señal, u orientación. Aunque waze indicaba haber llegado no había ni una sola señal de que esa era la entrada y el camino desde la salida de la carretera hasta el hotel es de aprox 1 KM, difícil para un carro bajo. Nos pasmos, nos metimos en otro camino. No hay señal en la zona para poder llamar y validar. Cuando preguntamos en el hotel porque no tenia letrero nos dijeron que se había dañado, de hecho lo vimos en el parqueadero en el piso, Si no es por una persona de la zona que iba en moto y que nos llevó hubiéramos tomado la decisión de volver a MINCA. La ubicación la coloque baja no porque estuviera mal ubicada pero si para llamar la atención con respecto a COMO LLEGAR. Como otros hoteles de la zona, colocar fotos, o enviar por wapp una guía de como llegar seria adecuado pues solamente decir KM x los campanos para un área rural no es suficiente.

Lugar hermoso pero necesita mayor inversión en personal para brindar un buen servicio
Pros:

El ambiente es muy bonito y tranquilo, con varios espacios para divertirse y relajarse, la atención del personal en general muy buena.

Cons:

Primero para llegar no había señalización y nos perdimos, nos tocó preguntar en el camino, al llegar al hotel solo nos dijeron que se había caído la señalización y no la habían puesto otra vez.

Además durante la estancia se fue la luz varias veces y luego toda la noche (no sabemos si es normal o no porque nunca nos indicaron que se iría), fuimos a recepción a averiguar y no había nadie disponible, lo cual no debería pasar, siempre debe haber algún encargado en recepción, sin embargo, no creo que sea culpa del personal, más bien deben contratar más personas porque una sola no es suficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes y sobretodo en época de vacaciones.

Para hacer el pago aunque nosotros no tuvimos inconvenientes porque llevamos algo de efectivo, sí fue complicado y muchos otros huéspedes debieron esperar horas porque no había luz ni sistema para pagar, recomendación deberían hacer el cobro al llegar para evitar inconvenientes en la salida.

Me sorprendio el lugar, no es solo un hotel, es un punto turistico.
Pros:

Aparte este hotel pensando en la cercania a otras actividades, pero el hotel mismo tiene para hacer caminatas por el bosque, un mirador, alberca natural y lo suficiente para pasar 2 o 3 dias recorriendo y descansando.

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante podria ser mejor, sobre todo en variedad, pero en general fueron muy amables y justo en precio.

Pros:

Un vrai paradis en pleine nature. Le cadre est idyllique, le personnel est au top (après une première nuit avec des voisins bruyants, ils se sont arrangés pour que nous n’ayons plus de voisins jusqu’à la fin du séjours). Attention l’accès se fait par 4x4 uniquement, mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle !!!
