Pros:

La nature luxuriante au milieu de laquelle se trouve l’établissement.
Le mirador avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes.

Cons:

On a payé pour une chambre quadruple de luxe qui n’avait rien de luxueux
- literie médiocre
- équipement : a part les lits, quasiment rien
- bruit permanent d’une espèce de générateur
- chambre très moche, qui donne l’impression de ne pas être terminée
- coupures d’électricité permanente (qui ne semblent pas etre du fait de l’hôtel, mais l’hôtel n’en informe pas non plus)
- petit déjeuner : a peine passable

La tranquilidad estuvo bien la comida y el personal es amable en especial el chef

El aseo solo lo realizan en la habitación más no en el baño así de que se lleno de hormigas ..se va todos los días la luz tienen planta eléctrica pero no la prenden lo necesario tuve a mi hijo enfermo y en toda la noche no la prendieron para la ventilación

Hermosas vistas
Pros:

Las vistas que tenían eran increíbles, empleados increíbles, súper amables!

Cons:

Que había poca gente quedándose en el hotel entonces no había movimiento! Tenían una mesa de pool en donde intentamos jugar y le faltaban pelotas.

Tiene una muy buena ubicación y el paisaje es lindo

Cons:

El lugar ha desmejorado muchísimo sus instalaciones. El abanico no servía, no había cortina de baño, no ofrecían bebidas ni mekatos. El mirador no estaba habilitado. Han descuidado mucho el lugar.

El personal del staff es muy amable, incluso dejamos un documento y nos lo mandaron a santa Marta

Pros:

Las vistas, la naturaleza y la atención del restaurante.

Cons:

La atención inicial ya que no solucionaron para buscarnos un ventilador para la habitación, el baño al llegar estaba sucio y en general las instalaciones estaban descuidadas y sucias. Por otra parte los elementos de seguridad como extintores estaban vencidos y oxidados.

Estupendo!
Pros:

Este alojamiento es muy completo. Si tu plan es descansar y desconectarte este es el lugar! Si por el contrario prefieres visitar algunos puntos de interés de Minca y tener cercanía al centro, te recomendaría otra opción más cercana, aunque estando aquí lo puedes hacer todo!

Tiene un mirador espectacular, donde hacen fogatas…bello!

Cons:

Lo de la cercanía al pueblo es sobretodo importante si quieres conocer otros restaurantes para cenar o hacer planes de noche!
