On arrival the hotel was closed
The location and the houses are amazing - an amazing view, air co and beautiful maintenance.
The place was cleaned everyday and that a good thing because there are obviously a bit of insects
Its a peaceful place to stay after long walks in the park!
The restaurant of the hotel had 3 nights the same diner and closed really early- and careful cause there is nothing else beside !
A bit too much expensive for Colombia and thz services offers.
I showed up and the place was not in operation I lost my money
The property is closed but Booking.com isn’t warning people. I and two other groups of people I know of showed up and found we need to figure out other options. I notified Booking.com but they didn’t acknowledge my submission.

Nice set up in the greenery and easy access with in the national Park

Location was excellent, only 12-15 mins walk from the park entrance and the park shuttle buses stopped outside the entrance.

There is no information on the listing that it is difficult to reach this place with luggage. They should provide pickup really, since there is a good tarmac road from the park entrance, or at least instructions on how to good there.
No WhatsApp number to contact. The only number available is to call the chain, but they didn’t know enough about the hotel and gave us wrong details about the accessibility.
At the price of €72 (and that’s with a significant discount) this hotel doesn’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water which costs less than €0.10.
Room is basic, again, at this price, I would expect a little more comfort.
Breakfast is basic, a plate of eggs with arepas and fruit.
Dinner was also “meh” - dishes cost as much as in nice restaurants in Santa Marta but tasted below the standards of any street vendor. Cooks lack manners
The only member of staff there that truly did his job well and was also friendly and caring is Fernando.

The staff was fantastic. The lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming. The dinner (especially the fish and the shrimp cocktail) was great and the service amazing. We loved our stay and enjoyed the perrots a lot. We definitely want to come back.

Good location in the park near entry. Nice bungalows and friendly people. Good food and beautiful hotel area.
No drinking water available apart from small overprized bottles. No warm water in shower. Jacuzzi in Deluxe Bungalow didn‘t function.
The team here were so friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests I had. The property has gorgeous grounds, very well maintained. The cabin has everything you would need for your stay. The breakfast pancakes were great. And not forgetting the resident macaws.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Ecohabs in Tayrona. Checkin process went smoothly we could leave our bags in there and enjoy the day at the beach. Once we returned our bags were waiting for us in our room. Place had everything we needed and location was good. Gardens were beautiful with lots of birds and monkeys. Thank you!

The hotel grounds are well maintained and the rooms are well appointed.
On the first night of my stay, the room lost power at 2am. At breakfast, I was told that this is a common occurrence with the local utility, but that it would be restored shortly. After an all-day excursion, I came back to the resort to find that not only had power not been restored, but there was no water. At this time, I informed the staff that I could not stay the second night without power, and they understood that I would request a refund for the second night. Repeated attempts to contact management for the refund over the last 30 days have been met with completely insufficient communication. While the power and water situation is beyond the hotel's control, their failure to make things right for a dissatisfied guest is very much within their control. Stay at this property at your own risk!
