Hotel Don Udos Bed & Breakfast

Nice and quiet

I really loved the decoration made of old trees that are stones nowadays because of the salts and minerals

We liked our stay at Don Udo's.It's a beautiful place and the staff is very nice.
The only thing was the noise of the AC in the room and the fan as well.
There was also some renovation ongoing and it was noisy during the day.
But I will stay there again!

Don Udos was the perfect choice. Besides having a high level of service and cleanliness throughout the stay. They worked with us and upgraded us to a larger first floor room at no additional cost when my husband injured his foot during our travels, they provided ice packs regularly to keep his foot from swelling. We will definitely return on our next trip to Copan Ruinas.

The hotel was really nice. It was very different from traditional "American" hotels. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were rustic with charm and I loved the ceilings and old hardwood floors. The hotel was really charming and the breakfast was amazing. They offered two styles, traditional American breakfast and local dishes. We had one of each and the "local dishes" breakfast was amazing. Copan Ruinas has very tight streets and driving is more difficult. The town is small and everything is very walkable. We enjoyed the hotel, the staff, and the accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is near shopping a restaurants. The staff was very accomodating and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was great as well.

Everything was perfect, the check in was smooth and the environment was quiet at night so we had a good rest , I also loved the breakfast, delicious, I definitely will stay again, good price !!!

Warning for anyone thinking of staying at Hotel Don Udo's... I was robbed while staying there. The hotel is secure, there was always staff in the reception area and my door was always locked when I left. Somebody had to have a key to get in. I keep some emergency money well hidden in my luggage and I'm very meticulous how I pack, so that means that somebody had to carefully repack my things and they didn't take all the money, probably hoping that I wouldn't notice it gone. What's upsetting as much as being robbed was the feeling of violation that someone had gone into my things. If this happened to me, it has probably happened before and will happen again. It's sad because I was ready to write a really glowing review of them.

The atmosphere was very comforting and the neighborhood offered a delicious variety of food as well as security. Staff were attentive, and very polite. Room was clean, cool, and quiet.
