Pros:

The hotel was clean and I appreciated the covered parking although it was an extra cost. The hotel is pet friendly as well. Location is in walking distance to the Silos.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a great pool, breakfast, and bar.
Pros:

Great stay from start to finish. The pool was a highlight and the property was spotless throughout. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was great too.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel, room was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the Dr Pepper Museum, Magnolia Market and Terry Blacks BBQ. The pool and poolside service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay in Waco. Bryce and Lauren at front desk were most helpful.

Everything was great. Staff, servers, house cleaning was very accommodating helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

This is probably more my fault but while booking I only looked at hotels that had breakfast included. I thought breakfast was included, then found out it was a separate package I needed to add. I did not see that during booking room.

Loved Waco, hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Facilities were great. Beautiful pool, nice bar and lounge area.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a real door; has a glass barn door that is loud when moving and doesn't close well. Need more hooks in bathroom for towels/robes. Room is very narrow.

If I had to choose something it would be the path from the parking garage to the hotel. It’s a little bit of a hike. Unload at the door.

The best and will look for other AC hotels for future stays in future places to compare.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff - Manager and worker were very kind and attentive and gave great customer service. One of best breakfasts have had at a hotel and have traveled and stayed at various places for over 30 years. Nice, bright location overlooking the pool. Clean and spacious breakfast area not overcrowded. Good buffet plus able to order one entree off the menu.
