Location was not getting found on google and getting a rickshaw was an hassle...
Friendly staff and good atmosphere - really felt very relaxed and we strongly recommend if any guest is looking near by Rajanukante area this is go to place for them, breakfast was severed on time and delicious too,

The location and facilities in room
They denied Breakfast at 8 AM despite intimating to them the day before
Unfortunately nothing. Picked the hotel as it was close to the place we had come to attend an event

Delayed check-in, room was not available when we came past the hotel scheduled check in time.
Rooms dirty, with floor mats not replaced or even dusted
Bathroom door has a broken lock, had the fear that we may get locked in. After complaining hotel didn’t change the lock or even move the room
Telephone line to reception not working, for each complaint had to go down to the receptionist
No towels provided despite various reminders. I personally picked the towel from the storage the next morning
Breakfast-No buffet as normally is. Had to order room service. What was ordered was also not provided
No manager and only receptionist who just didn’t care or was unable to do anything! At times receptionist was not there and I left a note which was even ignored

Cleanness: The room was really dirty. Hairs in the bed. The toilet has not been maintained well
Restaurant: booking was done including complimentary breakfast. When asked about this, the receptionist said casually that the restaurant was under repair and had to order room service at night. There was no communication about this before.
Geyser: There was no hot water. when enquired- "it may take 4 hours to get hot water".
Complimentary Toiletries: Towels were not provided initially. Provided only when asked for. It was washed nut used too much.. and lots of stains. (toothbrushes and paste were provided without asking)
Note: Trusted the label of Treebo. it seems the rating mentioned for this hotel seems pretty much bogus.
