Comfy
Pros:

The place is new, it's clean, and very close to the freeway. One of the best things it has is that there are stores nearby and even walking, in less than ½ a mile, you have many convenience stores, cafeterias and a supermarket.

Cons:

Breakfast is not included and the people who assisted us in the lobby was a bit cold/distant.

I need solutions

The hotel is very nice, but I’m giving it one star because of my experience booking through the Booking app. I’ve never had something like this happen to me at other hotels.

When I arrived to check in, they asked for a credit card for a damage deposit, but they ended up charging me for the room again. I told the receptionist about it, and she asked, “Did they charge you?” I said yes, and she replied, “Don’t worry, just call us and we’ll refund it.”

I have already called twice, and every time they tell me that the manager is not available. I honestly think the front desk staff assumed I wouldn’t notice. To me, that sounds like they’re trying to steal from me!
