The hotel is very nice, but I’m giving it one star because of my experience booking through the Booking app. I’ve never had something like this happen to me at other hotels.
When I arrived to check in, they asked for a credit card for a damage deposit, but they ended up charging me for the room again. I told the receptionist about it, and she asked, “Did they charge you?” I said yes, and she replied, “Don’t worry, just call us and we’ll refund it.”
I have already called twice, and every time they tell me that the manager is not available. I honestly think the front desk staff assumed I wouldn’t notice. To me, that sounds like they’re trying to steal from me!

Great location, clean room, and super friendly staff. Really enjoyed the stay!
The hotel was clean and comfy. The staff were nice and the location was good for what we needed.
Our neighbors were so loud early in the morning and late at night. At 6 AM, they were yelling across the hall to their room. And no staff came to tell them to quiet down.

Location is right off the I10 and near a car wash, Dutch Bros and a few chain restaurants. If you go around the hotel on the first street to the right of th we stop sign that street take you to the premium outlets. If you go across the train tracks there is a Walmart and other stores and fast food restaurants.
I tried to extend my stay 2 more nights because my daughter and I were there visiting my son so last minute we decided to stay and enjoy my son a bit more but at night when I went to speak to the front desk the young man couldn't even operate the computer and I couldn't extend my stay . Now I am roaming around with my 2 autistic grandsons, and my daughter too trying to look for a decent place to stay.
