Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good amenities, good location
Great place
Not one to write reviews but this felt deserving.
1) Showed up to see my room as a mess. Hair all over the floor/carpets, dirty eyelashes in the bathroom, stains / globs of snot on the curtains, stains on the pillowcases. Had to wait THREE hours for my room to get properly cleaned
2) Construction at 7AM with no prior warning on Expedia or the Hotel's website.
3) pools closed for 3 days of my stay also with no warning on Expedia or the website.
4) Water pressure in the shower is atrocious. & There wasn’t even water bottles in the room when i arrived.
5) Windows are completely see through, so keep that in mind.
Only compensation they offered me for the dirty room was waiving destination fees and snacks.
I will say after that initial conflict the last few days at the hotel were enjoyable.
Clean, smells great, food great, staff amazing!
The roof top pool area was very nice. The gym is well equipped, and the staff are all very professional and helpful. The bar was convenient but way overpriced for drinks, not a reasonable place to unwind for the premium charged.
The staff was friendly and professional and the room was very nice with an amazing view
Great stay, hotel was very clean and everything walking distance
The hotel is neat and well kept! My fiancé and I ate at Luna (attached restaurant) our server Kaitlyn was our favorite and knowledgeable and honest about everything on the menu! The pools and service were pretty good (do have to mention the prices for drinks at the pool are more then at Luna or when going out in Scottsdale or Tempe)
Celebrated a birthday at spent the day at the pool, dinner at Luna, and an evening on the rooftop to close out the night. Great service all around.
It was so convenient to shops, restaurants, etc
First time in Scottsdale & I must say the hotel was fantastic! Pronto was delicious! I will definitely return once it cools down.
Very clean and modern property. Would highly recommend this location.
Close distance to restaurants and lounges
Great gym and nice pools. Room was clean and modern. Hotel was in a great location.
Hotel doing some construction so a bit of inconvenience, bsswillstilnice.
The suite was nice, I think it was the most expensive room at the property but had very very few amenities in the main bathroom and the guest restroom only had a towel and a soap bar.
What is incredibly bad is the room service, no one answers the phone and from 12-5 pm you don’t have any choice to eat in your room.
If they bring you a coke they didn’t even bring the can, just a glass of soda with little ice
Very few towels and only one bathrobe and a pair of sleepers

I would have loved to have given this an amazing review but unfortunately when I checked out, I left a dress in a garment bag in the closet and never saw it again. This was not a small item, nor something that could easily be missed by staff. I checked out on Sunday morning and realized I forgot it on Monday. I called explained the situation and gave them my room number and they just transferred me to security. Security didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I waited 24 hours and security never called back (we are in Tuesday now) so I called back and spoke to the front desk again. This time they contacted security on a walkie talkie to see if housekeeping logged it and took it to security. They replied that the do not have anything. They also contacted the housekeeping staff and they said they do not have it either. I was patched over to the manager where I left a message but have not received a call back. I am at a loss for words and do not trust this hotel. I mean I lost a dress but what if I had forgotten something ALOT more expensive. I do not think I trust the staff enough to stay at that hotel again. There is suppose to be protocol in place when guests leave something and it is logged and turned into security. It appears that this procedure was not followed
Also rated on Google someone said they would reach out to me… it’s been a few days no one has reached out nor has anyone called me back
Beautiful hotel, great views, close to shopping, helpful professional staff
