The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

The biggest issue for us was that the property is presented as a hotel, while in reality it feels much more like serviced apartments. This was quite misleading. There was no regular housekeeping, no towel replacement, and no change of bed linen — guests are essentially expected to take care of these things themselves. For a property advertised as a hotel, this was very disappointing.

We were initially given a room on the 4th floor. The windows were extremely dirty, the room received almost no natural light, and it felt very dark throughout the day. The sun only came in briefly later in the afternoon, so the room constantly had a gloomy, almost basement-like atmosphere. The furniture, interiors and equipment also felt very worn and heavily used.

After we asked to change rooms, we were moved to the 6th floor. It was slightly better, and some of the appliances seemed newer, but the overall impression remained the same: the property feels tired and in need of proper renovation and maintenance.

Another concerning point was that there seemed to be some kind of incident at the property almost every day. During our stay, the police came to the hotel repeatedly — there was hardly a day when we did not see them. We asked the staff what was happening, but understandably, they did not provide any explanation.

On the positive side, the location is very good, and the reception staff were friendly, responsive and helpful.

Overall, however, the concept of the property did not match our expectations of a hotel. If it were clearly presented as apartments with limited or no housekeeping service, the experience would have been easier to understand. But based on the way it is advertised, we expected a proper hotel service, and unfortunately that was not what we received.
