Great stay

Cons:

Our furniture was stained which made us not want to set on it. The coach had a little blood on it and the yellow/ mustard chair was really stained. We had to use flat sheets on the chair and coach to sit with any comfort.
I had it to where I would pay at the property. They charged my card before I got there and tried to charge me again on arrival. I showed them a message from my bank where they already took it.

The place and location is amazing, customer service is lacking
Pros:

I liked the location, it was amazing. The apartment was very clean and accommodating. Staying there was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

I called and asked for an early check in and it wasn't available. That was understandable due to the World Cup was there and that was not possible. We arrived at 5:30p and the check in time was for 4p. Upon arrival, the room still wasn't ready until after 6:30p. I asked for a late check out and was charged $30 due to asking for a late check out. I shouldn't have been charged for that late check out due to the fact that I was waiting an hour to get into room well after 4p check in. I called to have it waived, they pretended to have amnesia about what happened. I don't recommend this place because they are not accomodating to their guest.

Desastroso es el peor sitio donde he atado en mi vida

Te hacen la reserva como si fuera un Hotel, pero en realidad son unos apartamentos cutre, que no tienen servicio de limpieza hay que pagarlo aparte entra todo el mundo a la piscina y la dejan muy sucia, no recomiendo a nadie que vaya este sitio no te cambian las sábanas ni las toallas, en realidad no es un Hotel, yo reclamé a Booking para que me hicieran las gestiones necesarias para cambiar de sitio y no me aceptan porque yo había requerido hotel

Que no es un Hotel, simplemente son unos apartamentos que se quedan muchísima gente incluso entra gente de fuera de la calle para utilizar las instalaciones como la piscina comen en la piscina no se duchan antes de ir a la piscina no hay control de seguridad no hay limpieza en las habitaciones y te cambien las sábanas y las toallas

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die zentrale Lage ist aussergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Pool gibt es scharfe Kanten leider hat sich unser Kind beim Spielen eine Schnittwunde zugezogen.
Das Fitnessstudio müsste auch mal aufgeräumt und gereinigt werden, in kleineren Unterkünften findet man Wasserspender und Handtücher im Fitnessstudio das hat uns hier gefehlt.
Und leider war unsere Wohnung nicht sauber unsere Füße und Socken waren schwarz.
Auch die Dusche ist sehr dreckig gewesen., was sehr schade ist.

Die Unterkunft hat so viel zu bieten wenn es nur gepflegt werden würde.
