Pros:

Loved the location, the safety, the pool area.

Cons:

We found issue with one of the night lamps.It flickers incessantly We did not notice until too late. I hope you can fix soon.
Also, there is a panel under the sink cabinet that's loose. It fell off on its own and gave us a scare.
Besides that. It was great!

Close to the port stay, fabulous pool.
Pros:

Great building for amenities . Pool, lounging, grab and go store , gym are excellent. Great views. Next to the people mover. The unit was great , the bed is amazing. The listing says a queen bed but it is a king bed in this unit. Ac setting is challenging and a bit warm. Clean except the furniture and the floors. The floors are quite dirty and need wet mopping. Few stains on chair and couch. Lobby cafe is great for breakfast. $$ 30 for 2 coffees and bfast sandwiches.

Cons:

Can be a bit rough at night outside with homeless. Dirty floors.

The room would be a 10 if it doesn’t have that amount of constant noise 24/7.
Pros:

The facilities, the pool and the coworking zone is amazing!

Cons:

Constant noises on the room from the fridge, the boiler and a construction thats happening 5m from the hotel.

Modern apartments in Downtown Miami, very convenient for getting around. Bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. إمكانية using a washing machine and dryer. The property also features a gym and a rooftop pool with a breathtaking view from the 20th floor.

It wasn’t clean. Carpet was dirty. Table had food residue on it. Patio door was opened when we arrived and the place was full of mosquitos. Nothing was done when we complained.

Great high-end condos & facilities for young dynamic friends & couples
Pros:

Location was really great, and the facilities were amazing. Common spaces are enormous, the pool is completely crazy, Jacuzzi too, our room (studio) was gigantic for such a downtown place, and the price was still reasonable considering the time and area we booked in. Also, the crowd there is young, dynamic, and very respectful, which adds a certain charm to the place; it feels very "in" and "trendy", pure downtown modern high-end condo style.

Cons:

Some neighbors made some noise late in the evening (building furniture above us at midnight...), and as we were just above the entrance, it was pretty noisy with all the cars honking. Also, the lighting of the room (white bulb) was really terrible and we missed a dining table... But honestly, it was not at all serious issues, I could live with this really easily.
