The cleaning was very disappointing.
Pros:

The location is great, and the room is comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned for our arrival. The bed was made, but the sheets had been used. There was hair on the sheets and on the bath towels. The shower had stains, and the carpet was dirty, I’m not sure if it was even vacuumed. We have a baby who crawls, and this was very disappointing. They didn’t have another room like ours available, so we had to ask for clean sheets and make our own bed. The manager told us he would give us 10 points on our membership, but I haven’t seen them.

Overall best choice for our Orlando vacation

We had an amazing time in Orlando. Our hotel was clean and simple. Very friendly staff. The room was really comfortable!

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Very clean, quiet hotel! Very good breakfast!

All new! Big new and clean elevator!

Cons:

The bed is very good and I liked the cleanliness and the bathroom didn’t have a bathtub that was perfect, very good shower! And I also really liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, because I always take my lunch boxes and that helped me a lot!

The location and the staff

Cons:

The television in my room didn’t work and was reported to staff within one hour of after we checked in. The staff advised he would get someone to come and look at it. We returned to our room 12 midnight to the television not working. I called the front desk a second time a young lady answered she did everything to correct the situation excellent customer service. She called the cable provider several times to reset that failed she offered to change our room but I was tired and changed it the next morning. A different member of staff was assisting us but she knew everything that was going on and completed the room change and upgrade with excellent customer service. The breakfast was 6/10 it was clean with a nice presentation but very limited. Top notch customer service and cleanliness
