It is located among peaceful hills of Darjeeling away from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff was highly supportive. Room was having all the amenities and a nice view.

Pros:

Pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was beautiful.

Cons:

Far from the centre, inconvenient for getting a taxi. Heater was not provided. It was available at a cost of 500 bucks.

Everything was v good ..Mr singh manager the service boys ,the girl in the restaurant and the cook very good and cooperative and service excellent

Only hot water should have been 24 hrs in the bathroom and two chairs in the room other than that everything is excellent

Only my room electricity was switched off at 10.45 am when there were 15 mins still left my check out

Seniors kids etc travel and do have need for hot water. Literally had to keep asking for hot water even during the hot water timing hours as well 😣😢

Cons:

Hot water is available only one 6.30 to 8.30 so you need to spoil your sleep and wake up in your vacation to take bath . In the evening hot water is available only at 8 -9 pm
There is no gidger or system to all time hot water to wash hands or other things you willl freeze to cold. Bed has one blanket in other hotels they have extra blakets to put under while sleeping.
No good heater we were so much in cold and sick that we went to other city and we were whole jight could not sleep. They are rude and very much racist they saw people from other state and country and they harassed us .
