Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had all the amenities for business travellers looking for value for money.
The staff were extremely helpful and polite
The location was optimal with all required facilities nearby like restaurants, supermarkets, transport etc.

Cons:

Inside of the bathroom cabinets were not cleared. It would have been nice if you checked that and cleared them out before the next person moved in.

Great location, value for money
Pros:

This is conveniently located close to my office.

Value for money, good location.
Pros:

The place was close to my office and easy to locate. The hotel was good and breakfast was fine.

Cons:

They allowed checkin early only when I visited but refused when I checked online. They could have been more supportive upfront. Further I found pests in breakfast area which was reported to them.
