Value for money, good location.
Pros:

The place was close to my office and easy to locate. The hotel was good and breakfast was fine.

Cons:

They allowed checkin early only when I visited but refused when I checked online. They could have been more supportive upfront. Further I found pests in breakfast area which was reported to them.
