Excellent for the money.
Pros:

The hotel location is great. Walkable distance from railway station. A good restaurant is very near. Metro station is very near. Bus stop is very near. Everything is in the same compound. Cheap and best in the area.

Cons:

The same breakfast all days. Karnataka style Mini tiffin is the only one option. Could have provided a buffet kind continental breakfast which will help especially non-karnataka people as well.

Good stay. Unbeatable location. Needs minor improvements.
Pros:

The best thing about the room is the location. It is quite close to the metro and there are plenty of options available to reach the location. There are several shops at the vicinity. Traveled with my parents and the room was adequate for us. The security of the place is well maintained. Modern locks, entry restriction in each floor is good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was not well maintained, particularly the toilets. The cupboards were little broken (acceptable). There were bugs in the room. The amenities should be improved. Toiletries should be filled up.
