The breakfast was fantastic. I loved that it was served on a high floor so you could have coffee with a view and the "lobby" was great to relax in. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. I enjoyed the location in the Gulch being removed from Broadway, but still walkable. Great value for the price we paid! Nice staff.
I couldn't figure out how to check-in (or find the front desk) so a line stating where to find the front desk in the confirmation email would have been helpful. But I was able to message the front desk and they answered immediately and told me where to go so that was very appreciated!
Excellent

Everything
The rooms were big and clean, the staff was very friendly.
The staff and room.
The hotel was close to Broadway. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The room was clean.
Gostei do café e da localização
Gostei de tudo.
The room was very spacious and looked lovely and modern, very clean, the room is very nice, breakfast was delicious and location of property is really good with a 15 min walk to wholefoods and 15 minute walk to downtown. Loved having a stovetop in my room. Staff were lovely and happy to accomodate any needs we had.
The shower was a little leaky and the sofa bed could have been more comfortable
It was very modern, had a lot of nice amenities. The rooms have a kitchenette equip with essentials for cooking and dining in room. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this.
There is a bar in house in the same lobby as the registration desk. Their breakfast was very well put together.
The parking attendance were some of the best part about this stay. We have a long bed F350 and we didn’t fit in the parking garage. They left our truck in the main entrance and watched it overnight for us. It’s a diesel and because of the cold it didn’t want to start and they went out of their way to get us on our way the next morning.
It is hidden in a way, from the Main Street there isn’t a sign for this property but a sign that says canopy for the neighboring hotel. If it wasn’t for google we wouldn’t have found it. The fridge and freezer in the room are supposed to be hooked up to water and have ice but they were not and there isn’t and ice machine on the floor. We called the front desk and they got us ice but it was an oversight on the property manager.
I found the location excellent. The breakfast was good, but there could be more fruit options.
I found the lighting in the room very poor; in my case, the lamp to the right of the bed wasn't working, which made it even worse.
This is a beautiful new hotel in a very nice part of town. The city view from room ok nice but the view from the check in lobby was wonderful.
It wasn’t until after booking I realized there was only a valet parking option that cost an extra $50 a night.
