Pros:

We were positively surprised about how big the room were. The kids loved it as well since this was their first time in a Hotel. The breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. We surely will book again on our next trip to Chicago.

Cons:

Not really a complaint I saw a housekeeper after I checked into my room I asked for another top decorative cover that’s put on top of the comforter I don’t use comforters because I know they don’t get changed after every stay she said she only had enough to finish her rooms and to ask the front desk because “they don’t be doing anything anyway”

Great location, Super friendly staff, GREAT breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was definitely one of the best I've had from a hotel. The staff were always extremely friendly & helpful. I loved the restaurants that were right outside the hotel, lots of easy quick options. If you were looking for sit-down, fancier places they were a short ride away.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like, which wasn't a huge deal, was after we got settled an unpacked, we were asked to move rooms. They weren't supposed to rent out the room due to some maintenance. It wasn't a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

Pros:

Super war die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Mit der UBahn die ca. 5 min entfernt war konnte man bequem direkt in die Innenstadt fahren. Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber

Cons:

Am besten gleich zeitig in der Früh zum Frühstück ansonsten hatte man Probleme einen freien Tisch zu bekommen
