Location as decent

Cons:

I was staying at the hotel for 4 nights. I did not get a room clean even a single day. very disappointing. Even after asking for a room clean, the staff said they can give only towels and give additional paper.

We will go out of our way to stay here again, super friendly staff – comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Easy parking, immediately upon arrival. Easy digital check-in – front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kind to our children who were attending a concert.

Wonderful weekend stay near Chicago downtown
Pros:

It’s is brand new. Comfortable beds, good free breakfast, super nice staff. The location was great as well. Very convenient.
