I would have had a better sleep in my car!
Pros:

Very secure, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The noise level in the hallway was terrible! Doors slamming until 3 AM with loud talking and yelling in the hallways. I tried contacting the front desk multiple times but no answer. I would have had better sleep in my car!

Comfy room, friendly staff felt unsafe though

Housekeeper knocking then letting themselves in room (I was showering) before check out time

We had a very poor night's sleep due to " someone" banging on our door (3 occurrences) from 10pm to 1:30 Am was afraid to make noise to make a call etc. Due to the loud banging sounds. Or what the person (s) intent was. I understand the hotel has no control over the guests they check in to an extent but we felt unsafe. The assistant manager told us on check out we should have called for security....I was more surprised no other guests had complained of this

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. After our introductions, the staff made the effort to remember our names and greeted us in the halls. At the end of our stay, they were very accommodating and allowed us to check out late with no extra fee.
