Die Lage im Medical District ist einfach klasse. 400 Meter weiter ist die Metro mit der man direkt ohne Stress nach Downtown fahren kann. Besser geht es nicht. Das Hotel ist einfach super und im Umkreis kann man auch gut essen gehen.

We came to see Dave Chappelle and the location was great

The staff was nice and spacious room. The carpet was clean we had a microwave and frig
Shower had hot water.
Lot of eateries across from the hotel. Perfect location to walk to United Center.

Exceptional for the price. I would highly recommend
Pros:

Ashley at the front desk was exceptional. I had requested an early check in, which she wasn't able to honor immediately as it was only 10:00 am. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into my room as early as possible, by noon. She was very courteous and I really appreciated it. Housekeeping was also very helpful in getting a room cleaned quickly. The breakfast was very good, and the food court at the location made it easy to make sure food was available if you needed it.

Cons:

There was a whole gang of approximately 50 kids hanging at the food court . They were arguing and fighting and lingered even after multiple police cars came. It made me feel unsafe and another patron there said it happens all the time.
