Everything was great very clean

Cons:

Stayed on the first floor next to the side door to the parking lot and the door slammed shut every time someone went out.

A great stay worth every penny!!
Pros:

The location was PERFECT!!!! Shopping, restaurants and the highway were all close by!! And I loved the fact that you couldn't access the floors without a hotel key card. Definitely gave an extra layer of security.

Cons:

The beds weren't bad, could've been a little softer. The pillows were waaaayyyyy too soft though!

Location, pool, room. Clean and up to date. On site charging station for EV car.

Cons:

Cleanliness of breakfast area. Trash overflowing by coffee area; tables not cleaned off in timely manner. (It was very busy that day)

Thank you Jake ! We had an issue with the AC unit blowing out heat and he quickly responded and got us switched. Loved is positive attitude and he was a great ambassador for the Hilton product. As I love Hilton it was refreshing to see genuine pride !!!

Other than the thermostat stay was excellent
