Pros:

Except for the location of the property, nothing else is good about that place

Cons:

Had the worst check in experience ever, they cancelled my booking. The reason they gave me for the cancellation of the booking is that I had not called the property and confirmed The booking.. I said that that not a requirement, i have the booking confirmation and had no intimation of the cancellation of the booking. I showed them the mail, and the fact that I had specified in my booking and sent a seperate mail stating that the check in will be late and that I would be arriving between 1 to 2 am. That man said we had your booking but we cancelled it and now the deluxe rooms were no longer available and that only super deluxe rooms were available and that I have to pay higher tarriff.(The property was practically empty). and this is happening 2 in the morning... After a lot of argument i was finally give a room which was substandard, stinky and had cockroaches.
The Man at the desk was soo rude and mannerless and absolutely laking even human manners let alone hospitality etiquette. I had a plaster on my hand and a neck collar inspite of this he refused to help me with the luggage.. i had to do it on my own with one hand.. and when he finally gave me the room he behaved as if he was doing me a Big favour and giving me his personal room..
The location of the place is good but everything else including the food is horrible, will definately not recommend this place to anyone especially solo female travellers

Friendly and accommodating front desk (Bhaskar) and the staff. Really good food, highly recommend to opt for food here. Clean rooms and sheets.
