The bed was comfortable. The location was near a lot of other businesses and places to go.
The experience was very confusing. There was no clear check-in location or directions. We had to wander through the courtyard and bar and try and find someone to talk to. We received pre-check in texts but it didn't clearly say you could just go straight to the room and that you could text with any questions throughout the stay. No one seemed to know anything about the accommodations, they seemed to all work at the bar. The floor and room smelled really musty and damp. It was dusty and didn't look like it was cleaned very well. They bed had several mystery hairs - making me question if they were fresh sheets.
We also didn't get the size room we booked - we reserved a king deluxe and ended up with a standard queen room. There was no one to talk to resolve the issue.
Parking was also confusing - we had to try and find someone to ask and just kind of guessed on what to do. It had a permit in the room but it wasn't obvious.
The towels were ratty and mismatched.
The pictures of the hotel look way nicer than they are in real life. Online it looks like a cute, contemporary, hip place. In real life - it looks like they tried but took a lot of short cuts. It really missed the mark.
I loved the location and how nice the room was.
Parking is a little misleading. Bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but this is me being picky. The fan in the room did not work and one of the lights by the bed was also not working.

Dirty, smelled like mold and was very weird and damp in the room. Our cloths and luggage smell. Blood stain on sheets, no soap on the bathroom to shower with. No one on site and overall just a gross room.
We arrived late. The property was clean and comfortable from what I could tell.

The bed is amazing tho, what brand? Also very convenient to downtown bars.
The shower never got warm so definitely not hot enough for a shower. Not sure what you can do more for making it quiet but we were frequently woken up. Also for $300 a night, cosmically I would think the carpet wouldn't be lumpy and there wouldn't be paint chips throughout the room along with rusty vents.
Conveniently located, everything in walking distance.
Location was great!
Parking - we had some issues with the automated system. On Saturdays, it caps at 5 hours, so you can’t extend you parking.
Television - the Apple TV in our room was not functional, all Apps popped up with a message that “there was a billing issue with your account, sign in”.
Bathroom - there is a vent fan above the toilet that dripped on you constantly. It dripped every 10 seconds or so.
Staff - there is none. It’s a self check-in process. If you need anything during your stay, you’re out of luck.

The whole set up with the bar was super nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. Plus having a punching bag in the room was great!
The only issue was I couldn’t get the safe to work. Not sure If it needs service or if it was me.
The room was really lovely! Decorated to such a high standard. It was so clean and had everything I needed. I really liked the little communal tea and coffee station which even had an ice machine.
