Human Resources is inadequate
Pros:

Mais service is not adequate
The room was some days not cleaned and other days never cleaned completely
When I complained, the front desk wasn’t sympathetic of my discomfort

friendly staff, great location, comfortable room
Pros:

The staff at the front desk are amazing. They gave us cold water, gave us great recommendations. The room was very nice and the location was perfect to walk many places.

Cons:

The staff at the cafe were much less friendly but I only ordered breakfast at the counter to go one time.
The bar had closed early for inventory one evening and took 10 minutes of me sitting there trying to order for the bartender to tell me that they were closed and to try the roof top.

Great stay!
Pros:

Location was great! Staff was very welcoming. Super comfortable beds and the hotel had nice little touches for guests. Definitely would stay here again!

Great!!
Pros:

Had such a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Great value for money. EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable beds. Also loved the pizza downstairs!! There is a complimentary shuttle for anywhere within 1 mile radius which was amazing. Would recommend!!

Nashville parking monopoly sours stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and adequately staffed. It is definitely a cosmopolitan environment.

Cons:

Parking. The parking situation was abysmal, shameful, and totally unwarranted.
Also, the Added fees. There were no less than five additional fees and taxes added to my tariff. It was nearly another 25%!
