Great!!
Pros:

Had such a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Great value for money. EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable beds. Also loved the pizza downstairs!! There is a complimentary shuttle for anywhere within 1 mile radius which was amazing. Would recommend!!

Nashville parking monopoly sours stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and adequately staffed. It is definitely a cosmopolitan environment.

Cons:

Parking. The parking situation was abysmal, shameful, and totally unwarranted.
Also, the Added fees. There were no less than five additional fees and taxes added to my tariff. It was nearly another 25%!

Pros:

bar on top and restaurant were both very nice.

Cons:

cold water faucet in bath sink was broken. Coffee maker was broken.

Would 10/10 stay again
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and welcoming, as well as helpful with any and all requests or questions.

Cons:

Expensive to park. The valet service was ok some team members didn’t seem to know what’s going on
House keeping was ok.
I had to ask them to replace the glasses and fill the hand wash bottle and body conditioning bottle in the bathroom
