It’s nothing but the best here.
Pros:

Everything. Felt top notch everywhere I went, and was nothing but the best. Valet drivers made me feel great coming in and the place gave me away sense of awe the second I came in. Front desk was awesome and I really liked how they gave us a phone number to talk to about any questions for feelings about the place.

Cons:

Nothing. Whole place was great but if I had to be picky the restaurant on the top wasn’t open yet. I know that will make the whole place even better. The main floor restaurant was everything but eating up top watching the city sounds amazing

Pros:

Traveling through USA and this is one of best value for money hotels so far. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. Hotel has a free shuttle for short distances, thus no need to stay in chaotic Broadway area.

Cons:

Valet parking a bit overpriced, given the ample public parking available.

The bathroom was very nice. I’ve never seen a square toilet

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t check the body wash and we ran out. It took forever to get more brought back up.

Was okay, but will probably try something else next time.
Pros:

The hotel had a modern industrial feel. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. Housekeeping was excellent! The hotel bar was also excellent. And we enjoyed the water stations. Breakfast was good as well. Location was good with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Cons:

Just a coincidence I'm sure, but the internet was down when we tried to check in. We dropped our bags at a friend's room and checked in later. The fire alarm went off while we were at the bar one evening. Again, not necessarily the hotels' fault, but annoying still. The coffee machine in the room was nice, but the coffee cups were too small for the larger pods. The lighting in the rooms was a little confusing (three-way switches maybe?) The motion detection will turn on the bathroom lights, which is great at night, but it'll go out while you're in the shower. And there were no luggage carts when we went to leave. Also, the valet parking is $50 per night!!! So, we parked in a parking garage down the street.
