Wonderful and peaceful.
Pros:

Property had a sophisticated design. Very pleasant and soothing surroundings. Staff from desk staff to the cleaning staff were very friendly, professional and inviting. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

Cons:

Some of the single chairs in the lobby were nice to look at but difficult to sit and be comfortable in ( the rattan chairs)

Cons:

There was only 1 person overnight that was rude and nonchalant toward myself and my 2 year old when we were getting food from the restaurant.

Despite the few things we didn’t like, I would stay in this hotel again when in the area
Pros:

Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay. There were plenty of towels, outlets and lighting. The morning staff when we were checking out were very friendly.

Cons:

The sliding barn door for the bathroom didn’t completely close off the bathroom. Not complete privacy. There were some very soiled spots in the hallway carpet.

I have stayed here multiple times and always been pleased with everything.

Cons:

I arrived only to discover after checking in that the bar was closed due to no license. I feel like Booking and the facility should reduce my rate because of this not being disclosed beforehand. The hotel bar is a big part of why I stay there.
