Overall very nice. We would stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel is very modern and clean. Staff were very pleasant. Clean room, and a nice bar.

Cons:

No complimentary coffee. Coffee cost $4 each morning and honestly was only average. We didn’t try the breakfast. The main hall is a very long walk. The hotel cut off our key access prior to checkout time. Therefore, I carried some luggage out to car and got locked out.

This was a very convenient location for a short weekend visit with family. Convenient to the historic downtown area but

It is new, bright and airy, with decent-sized rooms. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air temperature in the main lobby was too cold to enjoy remaining in the area very long for my comfort.

This was a nice, clean hotel right near UNCW and was perfect for a weekend stay.
Pros:

My son loved the golf simulator. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Your hotel is beautiful.

The hotel cleanliness

Cons:

We addressed the concern that our bathroom door would not close and was advised that we would receive a full refund. We have only received 5,000 Hilton honor points.

Inside our closet was a t-shirt that stated “Good Ole Boy” as an African American family, this is an unsettling thing to see. We only hope this was not intentional.

The stay was nice.
Pros:

We were up early for an event so we did not get to enjoy breakfast. The front desk staff was beyond friendly! Great attitude.

Cons:

A coffee station would have been nice - not in the room but in the lobby.
