- AC can’t be turned off, and air inside the room becomes too dry, this is really bad and I actually became ill during my stay because of this;
- room was full of dust even after being cleaned.

Pros:

The pool on the roof, the iPad controlling the tv, lights and window treatments. The decor was very beautiful and the bed in the room was big.

Cons:

The room was very very tiny. Like literally the size of a matchbox. No dressers and the closet was also very small. They offered breakfast but it was at a price, same with parking and no beach chairs for the beach. And the location was a far walking distance to the beach. The iPad in the room stopped working after an hour of being there and we were told someone was coming to repair it for hours and no one came. We finally were offered another room. Also the parking lot said it was 24 hours for $36 and you could come in and out but when we left at 21 hours it charged us an additional $10. There was a buzzing sound every morning at around 9am until about noon which sounded like a large vibrator. Street parking basically nonexistent. We were unhappy from the first day and asked for a refund so we could leave and was told bc we booked with a third party (Booking.com vs the hotel directly) there was no option for refund if we checked out early. For what we paid this hotel was not it at all.

I absolutely love the hotel and will stay when I visit again
Pros:

I really love the aesthetics of the hotel. It was in a great location.

Cons:

I didn’t like that it doesn’t have on-site parking. Also, I didn’t like that everything is controlled by a tablet so that when the air wasn’t working, it wasn’t a way to really try to fix it.

Pleasant enough besides the early morning construction noises
Pros:

Location and cleanliness were good.

Cons:

Construction noises in the room next door at 9am wasn’t great. Especially as I was fighting jet lag. I’d suggest any required maintenance is left to the afternoon when all guests have woken up naturally rather than by impact drilling feet from their heads 👎

Ótimo hotel para se hospedar em Miami.
Pros:

Apesar de não muito grande o espaço do quarto é bem aproveitado. Tem uma cama confortável, e um chuveiro muito bom.
O hotel é moderno, organizado e muito bem localizado. É possível fazer muitos passeios a pé pq o hotel está em uma localização estratégica.
Gostei bastante da minha estadia como um todo.

The advertisement of the size of the room could have been better. Great for solo travelers.
