Great stay!
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at citizenM Miami South Beach. The hotel is modern, stylish, and in a perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, and everything South Beach has to offer. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well designed, making great use of the space. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

A beautifully curated relaxing space
Pros:

An excellent experience at this hotel from the moment I walked in. The creativity, cleanliness and beautiful scent throughout the space immediately stood out. I will definitely be visiting again. It’s the perfect location for a quiet stay while still being close to Lincoln Road. The variety of spaces to sit, work, and relax is fantastic, especially the rooftop pool area.

Cons:

I would like laundry facilities in the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay. Loved the tech and the breakfast was good. A very pleasant change to normal hotels.

Pros:

łatwy proces zameldowania, ładny basen na dachu. Dobra lokalizacja. Super duże i wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Nie bardzo jest gdzie postawić drugą walizkę - jedna mieści się w szufladzie pod łóżkiem, ale jeśli ktoś ma drugą to ciągle musi ją przesuwać. Nie ma też zbyt wiele miejsca na rozpakowanie się, ale to akurat widać na zdjęciach.

My bath room was flooded on my first morning.I was only there for 3 nights. So was without facilities for a day and a half. I reported the issue in the morning. When I got back to my room in the evening nothing had been done.I went to reception and explained the situation. The front of house said, they tryied to contact me.I said I was out for the day so wasn't in my room. They offered me any room, but as I only had one more night, I declined the offer. Instead they said I could have a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout so I agreed. In the morning I was told that notes in regard to this arrangement had not been made.Anyway after explaining again, the bar person assisted me with breakfast. I was told I could stay until 3pm.At 2.30pm a member of staff come to my room to say that I should have left already! I explained again! I handed back my room key at 2.45pm asked if there was anything outstanding on my account and was told, everything was in order and then left.

The location was cool. Close to shopping and eats. If you walk too fast you’ll pass it up tho because the sign is very small.

Cons:

Breakfast was $23 and the selection was very minimal….scrambled eggs, potatoes, chicken sausage, half cooked bacon, dried out pastries, and some cereals. Also, the air conditioner did not work at all. We called the front desk numerous times and did not get anyone to come look at it. There were no wash cloths in the room. The “Phone cast” feature for the tv didn’t work and half the channels didn’t work either.

Good central location that needs more care
Pros:

I liked the central location however the Bayside location is much nicer

Cons:

The self check in process. Sometimes it's nice to be greeted and taken care of especially when you're on a trip. Breakfast wasn't great
