смарт отель. персонал отзывчивый!

Cons:

очень маленький номер, Не рекомендую. Скорее всего, в номере были клопы или другие насекомые — после проживания у нас с мужем всё тело было в укусах. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на санитарное состояние и проведёт обработку от насекомых, чтобы другие гости не столкнулись с такой проблемой. Из-за этого мы были вынуждены выехать на один день раньше. Заранее сообщили администрации и попросили вернуть деньги хотя бы за последние сутки, которыми не воспользовались. К сожалению, нам отказали, и через Booking возврат также не был произведён.

The breakfast was not included and paying for parking was the worst we spent a huge amount of money on simply parking.

My stay was clean but was at an inconvenience.
Pros:

I liked the fact that it was so clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that everything was an inconvenience. I had to go to another place to use the iron and to use the microwave. The elevator went to the second floor and then you had to take another one to get to the first floor.

Perfectly pleasant with a couple of annoying features. Could do far worse, but perhaps better too?
Pros:

Staff were very good, friendly and helpful, decent drinks at the bar and the bar food menu was actually pretty decent (albeit only had a Pizza on arrival as needed something quick) Location great for South Beach area walkable to the beach just under a mile and also good location for the airport, only took 20 mins or so on both trips, Friday PM and Monday AM.

Room was clean and tidy.

Pool area and bar was also a nice to have, I imagine if travelling with kids it would be a good feature.

Area was quiet at night too.

Cons:

The main thing I didn't like was that all the controls in the room are dealt with through an Ipad, which I found annoying and pretty pointless, go back to having normal light switches please.... I did also find the Air conditioning pretty poor, it was passable but even at it's lowest setting it didn't get as cold as I would like.

Overall decent enough but the two things above would probably stop me from staying there when I next visit Miami, given the options at a similar price point.

No recomiendo para estar mas de dos días o si eres de quedarte en la habitación.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena para hacer compras o manejarte por la zona centrica de South Beach Miami pero está bastante incomoda para ir al mar, va a depender principalmente de que quieres hacer. El personal muy agradable, el desayuno está bueno, de buena calidad, pero le falta variedad y un poco mas de fruta u otras opciones saludables. La estetica y modernidad del hotel es un 10/10, es un hotel novedoso, en contraste con la mayoría de los hoteles de South Beach que son un reciclado Art Decó. El area de la piscina es bastante linda también.

Cons:

Lo peor del hotel es la habitación, si bien quisieron hacer una especie de domo tipo digital-moderno, lo que lograron fue una burbuja diminuta y totalmente incomoda, con poco espacio para moverse y que encima el tema tecnologico digital está mal integrado. Tuvimos problemas para transmitir contenido del celular y pc hacia el tele y la variedad de canales es pesima, lo cual en una situación normal quizas hubiera pasado desapercibida pero, durante una copa del mundo (evento deportivo mas grande del mundo) y estando en MIAMI, no puede ser que no tengas UN solo canal de habla hispana y que pase los partidos. Hotel para ir solo y por trabajo.
