Horrible. Booking.com should de-list. Else I wil move to another service provider.
Pros:

Staff was courteous except for Bellboy/doorman.
He was atrocious and needs to be fired immediately.

Cons:

The doorman. Room as extremely badly maintained. Insufficient lighting.
Water heater was OPEN and a Hazard. No mirror above sink.
