A microwave in the room. And the price I paid should have afforded me that.

It's been a few days since checkout and my bill isn't finalized even though I've been sent three different emails with final total amounts that differ from what I received at the front desk. Also you HAVE to valet your vehicle which can cause issues if you have a lot of items in your vehicle as we were never offered a porter cart.

When checking in the receptionist was very rude. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left.

The staff was very short when checking, the kid that worked the valet treated us as if we were an annoyance any time we asked for our car, we wore comfortable clothes while there a t-shirt and shorts and we were judged and treated very differently by some of the bar staff, one guy asked what I wanted I told him then a nice dressed business man walked up to the bar and sat down and before grabbing my beer and cracking it open he proceeded to walk away while I was saying what I wanted and took a menu to the other guy got his food and drink order gave him his drink then came back to me. There were multiple occurrences like this, making us feel as though we weren’t welcome there. Then when checking out the guy at the front desk didn’t ask anything about how the stay was or anything. There where a few people though that were kind to us while there the valet guy that was working when we checked out asked how everything was, if we had fun and wished us a safe travel back home, there was a valet guy we saw one time through the week that was also very nice to us. But out of the dozen or so staff members we interacted with all but 2 of them were very dismissive and rude. We won’t ever return to any Marriott hotel as we usually bounce between Marriott and Hilton we have never had an experience like this at a Hilton. At the end of the day doesn’t matter what we drive or what we wear we are all paying customers and should get the same level of respect.

Auf den ersten Blick schien alles fantastisch zu sein, doch bei näherem Hinsehen bröckelte die Fassade leider.
Der Teppich war nicht gut gesaugt, so lang eine Spange auf der einen Seite und eine Büroklammer auf der anderen Seite des Bettes. Ein offener, abgenutzter Mülleimer im Badezimmer, sehr dünnes WC-Papier und ein extrem lauter Kühlschrank rundeten das nicht ganz so gute Bild ab.
Ärgerlich war außerdem, dass es eine verstecke Gebühr von $ 30,-- gab, von der wir zuvor nichts wussten und die dafür gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten konnten wir nicht nutzen. Außerdem war bei unserer Buchung das inklusive Frühstück über booking.com nicht vermerkt, zum Glück konnten wir dies durch unsere Buchungsbestätigung nachweisen und so haben wir den Voucher bekommen. Allerdings war das Frühstück lächerlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Blaubeer-Muffin und eine Classic mit Rührei aus max. 2 Eiern, drei Streifen Speck und 1 Toastbrot wählen. Wir waren wirklich negativ überrascht.
Valet Parking kostet $ 40,--, was alleine schon teuer ist, aber selbstverständlich kommt dann noch das Trinkgeld für jedes Mal Auto holen und wegbringen dazu.
Es gab am Abend ein Gewitter und dadurch war die Parkanlage sowie der Pool verständlicherweise am nächsten Morgen ziemlich schmutzig. Aber bis zum Auschecken um 11.00 Uhr haben wir niemanden gesehen, der sich drangemacht hätte, das Chaos zu beseitigen.
