Located in a very filthy and dirty road; gave me the creeps even approaching that hotel. Nothing in the room except 2 bottles of water.

Our booking was cancelled on the check-in date because the payment link did not work with our credit card. When we arrived, we had to book a more expensive room directly at the hotel. The check-in process took a long time and the welcome was not very friendly. The room also had hygiene issues (there was urine on the toilet seat when we entered). Overall a disappointing experience.

Cons:

1) While booking from the app wtih terms remarked as "No Prepayment Required", I received numerous messages and emails from the hotel requesting 50% downpayments to confirm my booking otherwise they will cancel it which was very annoying! 2) The location is actually inside a very broken lane almost unaccessible by cab and Uber drivers missed the pickup point several times. 3) The breakfast has very limited choice and the tables were not cleared after serving customers. 4) The actual room size is much smaller than the photos showed on the booking app.

Overpriced rooms yet the sizes of the rooms were so small. When asked they said - it’s as per what you booked.

Good for solo travellers who commute by train or bus station 300 mtrs from the hotel.
