Cons:

They charged me twice for 1 night stay and act like they didn’t when I showed them the charge on my bank account. They were no help and now I am out $127 when the room was paid in advance. The staff and manager were no help everyone acted clueless. Called the 800 number samething act clueless. I had to cal so many people to loan me money to get back home. I had a 11 hour drive and they charged my card twice and that was my gas money. I still have yet to get it back.
