Pros:

Much nicer than any Laquinta I've ever seen. Wonderful, clean, newish facility, well managed. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Parking is horrible at $18 a day.

Cons:

That I had to pay for parking in the hotel lot. When I booked the room it said I would have a view of the city, which was a lie.

Great location and super clean
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants and breweries. Super quiet and clean room. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Free breakfast and coffee was a plus!

Cons:

I asked for late check out at 1pm and was approved, but housekeeping came at 11am knocking at the door
