This is our second time there and we will definitely be back!
Pros:

The location is great, the staff is efficient and friendly, the breakfast was very good and our dog was welcomed.

Excellent location for the price!
Pros:

The location was prefect! The ease in which we could extend to a late checkout!

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast could've had more of a variety

Pros:

I liked that it was within walking distance to the Convention Center.

Cons:

I didn’t like having to pay to park if you were a hotel guest.

My only other complaint was that we ran out of towels. I requested some from housekeeping. She stated they would bring some right back, but they never did. I had to go find some the next morning. The internet was down so I couldn’t ring the front desk. Luckily the cleaning carts were close and I was able to grab some. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly, though.

Close to work and I felt safe
Pros:

I work night shift and It was quite during the day and the room was able to go dark. Breakfast was provided and had many areas to explore outside

The laundry room was unavailable

El lugar es cómodo bonito limpio tranquilo y su ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

No me gustó del alojamiento que las personas que me atendieron en recepción al llegar, al verme pasar se burlaban de mi persona. No es complejo de inferioridad, es que las dos mujeres que habían me veían pasar paraban de hablar cuando yo pasaba y comenzaban a reírse de mí comenzando hacer comentarios sobre mi persona. Es desagradable en especial cuando intentan burlarse de la etnia y ropa que usan las demás personas allí. Como administración deben darle incapie a este tipo de servicio.

We had a great time being tourists over the weekend.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The road noise! Newer building but they went cheap on the windows. Not double paned. The fire trucks! Try to stay on the west side.
