I was certainly come back and stay here.
Pros:

Super clean

Cons:

The front desk person that checked us in had no idea where anything was in the city and didn’t think to offer us a map that they had sitting out.

overall, it worked for our purpose, Hotel was well situated for our project.
Pros:

Breakfast: Fruit, waffles, bagels, coffee, hours of service
Room: beds were comfortable for sleeping
Staff: overall, friendly
Parking, ample and easy in and out

Cons:

Breakfast: "Lite" was the only Yogurt choice; sausage (links or paddies) only meat choice, I eat neither. tables were not cleaned often enough, a couple of times it was a bit sticky...probably an issue of timing.
Room: we had two queen beds but only one chair so when we were trying to work, we had to sit on the beds. That was extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was inadequate, we had three lamps and one wasn't functioning. it took two days to get someone to fix it. I expect wi-fi to be included.

alles in allem durchaus ein empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, die Lage am Rande der Innenstadt sehr gut gelegen

Cons:

Es gab durchgehend ein Brummgeräusch, welches wir als sehr störend empfanden, möglicherweise von der Eismaschine

Disgruntled breakfast staff
Cons:

Pay extra for parking is a joke ! The breakfast staff was very rude. For what ever reason our phones did not update the time change so when we went into the breakfast area and the staff were on their phones ,they very rudely snipped at us that breakfast was over. I had to checkout on line because it seemed as if the lady at the desk was on an important personal call and couldn't be bothered to even except my room key. Sure hope this isn't a daily routine for the staff. I will not be back to find out.

Great location and wonderful staff, but poor hotel quality means we would choose a different place next time.

The location was great!

Cons:

I was disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel. Although it’s fairly new, it appears to be cheaply built—there were already items pulling away from the walls. The noise level was also an issue, as we could hear everything from surrounding rooms and the hallway. Additionally, I didn’t like having to pay for parking, especially since there wasn’t enough parking available for guests, which forced us to park next door at the urgent care.
