Lindo, confortável e bem localizado, mas promete café da manhã que não existe
Pros:

Quarto confortável, camas e utensílios novos e bons. Localização ótima, ao lado de wynwood walls, ônibus turístico, restaurantes etc. Áreas comuns bonitas, limpas, estilosas e agradáveis. Não consegui conhecer a academia e a piscina. Pequenos itens gratuitos e emergenciais no corredor do andar para a estadia, como escova de dente, pasta, kit costura etc.

Destaque positivo na recepção para Emily, muito educada, simpática e prestativa!

Extremo absurdo: escolhi o hotel por haver café da manhã e, ao chegar lá, no primeiro dia, descobri que não havia mais buffet livre e o Booking não estava atualizado com a informação. Só havia gratuito um prato de café da manhã por pessoa, com uma opção preparada pela cozinha e pré-definida entre algumas opções pelo hotel. Éramos duas pessoas e só uma tinha direito a comer, então dividimos, sem fazer sentido algum em uma reserva para 2. Para piorar, o sanduíche escolhido veio tão duro que foi impossível comer e ele teve que voltar. Deram uma outra opção e aí sim, estava ok.
No segundo dia, a pessoa da cozinha não estava presente e não tivemos como comer absolutamente nada. Basicamente não tinha profissional pra fazer a única opção de café que tinha. Literalmente o hotel precisa de gerenciamento (e eu deveria receber meu dinheiro pago a mais pelo café da manhã de volta).

O ar condicionado do quarto estava muito gelado e não dava para mudar a temperatura ou desligar. Pedi ajuda fazendo uma ligação, falaram que a manutenção iria lá e nunca foram.

Apesar de ter feito um elogio sobre uma profissional, existem profissionais na recepção que não foram tão solícitos assim, sem vontade de ajudar ou resolver as questões, com pouca paciência.

A terrible experience
Cons:

We reserved 2 rooms for 5 family members each room, done weeks before ours travels. We communicated with the hotel and were assured the rooms will accommodate our families. When we arrived at 5pm the day of, the hotel did not have the rooms we reserved, only one room with two beds. The hotel did not try to help us fix the issue and sent us looking for another hotel that same evening. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

Great location, but noisy
Pros:

The rooftop pool deck was lovely, I had the place to myself and it was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful as well. In terms of location, very walkable to all the high spots in the Wynwood neighborhood as you're in the heart of it.

Cons:

I think a bit more warning about how loud the restaurant is up on their 7th floor. I was on the 6th floor, right underneath and it sounded like a nightclub every night. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it - all the surrounding activity in the neighborhood is very loud and everything is open late.

Amazing location, very cool hotel and lobby area. Highly recommend if you don't mind a smaller room

amazing lobby bar lounge area with games to keep you entertained. The pool is pretty amazing too

Fun, energeti, and a great vibe!
Pros:

It’ was vibrant and stepping off the elevator the lobby smelled so refreshing. We also like the activities station around the lobby. The outside deck and the pool on the eighth floor was stunning.

We didn’t have any complaints about the property.
