We booked as breakfast included, breakfast was very mediocre - just some bagels at the bar ! No buffet..
Same staff is multitasking, doing receptionist - barman - concierge ; lowering service quality

Mycket dålig service.klart underbemannat, vi fyra skulle äta frukost fick vänta på kaffe i 20minuter vi fick in de olika smörgåsarna vid olika tillfällen . Brandlarm mitt i natte ongen information från hotellt en del gick ut en del stanade kvar fanns ingen personal som informerade när vi kunnde gå in igen ( vi vet inte om det var riktigt larm eller falskt, bradkåren komm cirka 30 minuter efter larmet)

It was a perfect location and absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again!
There was no way I would have rented this room if I had known it was smaller than a dorm room, and there were only two beds that were shoved in so tight that we actually had to crawl over each other. No closet. This is what I imagine a hostel would look like. Water seeped up from the floor in the bathroom the entire time we were there. Only one person took a shower, but the water was there before, and I used all the towels on that because nobody wanted to walk on a wet bathroom floor. Disgusting.
Some of the staff was nice
Everything about my stay was disappointed. The location was bad and had a foul smell outside the hotel. Toilet clogged up, room was stink and not clean. The building lost power and they didn't have backup generation. It took a long time for power to come back; it was very scary. Then we didn't have hot water for 3 days. When asked for some kind of accommodation during my stay, the staff couldn't. It was emotionally drain and uncomfortable
Rooms were as advertised, excellent service, love the storage closets on each floor for communal supplies
