Pros:

The property is conveniently located near the main city market, making it easily accessible. A Domino’s outlet right next to the property is an added bonus. The staff was helpful, and when we faced issues with our room, the manager promptly upgraded us to better accommodation. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The downside of our stay was the poor room service. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and we had to chase the staff to get the rooms cleaned. Basic amenities, such as mosquito repellents, were initially unavailable and took 3-4 hours to arrive. Despite informing the hotel staff to clean our rooms, we returned after almost an entire day to find them still unclean. We had to repeatedly request the staff to address these issues. The management should prioritize housekeeping to improve the guest experience.

The place doesn’t have a good value for money.

The rooms are spacious

Cons:

The facilities were not good. The washroom was smelly. The shower was not working properly. The towels provide to us were wet even though the weather was quite warm.
No mats were given in front of the bathroom door.
The food served at room service was not warm

Hole near the TV plug
Pros:

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

1. No kettle in room, had to wait over an hour for hot water.
2. No iron.
3.Hole near the TV plug in room 303 and right outside was a pool table where other guests were entertaining themselves. Luckily, we spotted it before them. It was highly concerning. You could see the entire room from outside.
4. There was no timing set to use the pool table, we got up startled late at night to the noise of the other guests playing a round.
