Un hotel con todas sus estrellas
Pros:

Un Hotel impecable, con unas vistas hermosas y una excelente atención: amplias, habitaciones, cómodo colchón. Excelente para personas con movilidad reducida, pues hay ascensor en todos lados.

Very good location and view of Kanchenjangha peak.... resturant food excellent

Cons:

1. Child policy was not clear and they charge for my 7 year old child extra 1000 rs....actually most of hotel allow complimentary child upto 8 to 12 years...here child policy written..."WE WELCOME CHILD ABOVE 1 YEAR"...
2. For 3 adult occupancy also they don't provide enough slippers, cream, soap, shampoo, towels....
Everything I had to ask to procure......
3. Bathroom was sticking a lot..
4. Room heater also was not included , after request they supply is complimentary...

The stay was comfortable with amazing views. The proximity to Mall Road and additional shopping centres is a plus point.
Pros:

The stunning views of the valley and mountains was amazing. The vegetarian food was delicious too.

The family room’s bathroom was smelly.

Restaurant was good with good service.The view from the rooms n hotel was great

Cons:

Kanchenjunga room was an utter disappointment.I had booked a deluxe for my friends and a kanchenjunga room for myself(4 members) as it was showing a bigger room.These rooms are built on the terrace space.. .size is same as deluxe with poor lighting and poorly done up bathroom.The only difference is the wooden interiors.Didnt justify 7k+ for this room.Deluxe rooms were much better

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Kangchendzönga und in die Stadt. Nachts ist es ruhig, so dass mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden kann. Klimaanlage wird zumindest im Oktober nicht vermisst, ebenso Heizung. Bettdecken sind dick genug, Betten angenehm straff. Alles sauber, Reinigung klappt.

Wirklich besonders ist der Service im Haus. Sehr kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal im gesamten Haus.

Absolut spitze ist das Restaurant mit seinen ausschließlich vegetarischen Speisen, bei hervorragender Bedienung. Buffet am Morgen mit reichlich Auswahl indischer Speisen. Abends teils Buffet für nur 500 Rupies oder Essen a la cart zu angemessenen Preisen.

Sehr schöner Ort, um nach vielen stressigen Orten Indiens zur Ruhe zu kommen.
