飯店很新，整體住宿不錯。缺點是沒有停車場，附近有收費停車場，最便宜的停車場為一個晚上400日圓，需要走大概五分鐘才會到飯店。早餐適合外帶，方便趕行程的旅客用餐。

Beautiful, modern, very tastefully decorated property. The front desk attendee was very hospitable, a warm welcome to our first time in Yufuin!

Gems is a minute walk from the station / bus stop, and is located centrally to Yufuin town. The walk to Kinrin lake was beautiful, with views of the mountain on the street.

The room we booked was incredibly spacious, and although designed for 4, did not feel too empty for 2. The bathroom is so well done and so clean, with a huge bath tub that just invites a private soak.

We would stay again next time!

Pros:

Such a great stay. The location is near to both the bus station and the train station. The room is very well equipped and clean. There is also a lounge where you can hang out during the stay. Check in staff was so nice and got us a room upgrade. Would definitely be back here when we visit Yufuin again

就在由布院駛前面很方便 裡面的人員服務很好，很有禮貌 因為他們沒有電梯，所以他會自動幫我們把行李箱提到樓上 要退房的時候剛好因為我肩胛骨韌帶斷裂跟服務人員說我的手不方便他們馬上幫我把行李箱提下來非常感謝他們 謝謝🙏 我還會再來希望再一次入住

Great location and it’s super clean!
Pros:

Really did not expect much coming into it. Originally we booked a onsen place which was old but big with 2 meals served. However, last minute changes, we ended up booking this place. I can only say it was such a nice surprise! Not only is the place clean, it is also very convenient!! This is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station. This is highly recommended for family traveling together. This place has hot spring as well!! What a neat and unique find!!

Pros:

After paying an absurd amount for one night, they charged an additional fee to store my bag for an hour. Ludicrous. I stay in hotels 50-60 nights per year for almost 30 years and I’ve never paid a fee for that service. Ludicrous. The food was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly enough but not empowered to waive the ridiculous bag fee.

정말 넓고 깨끗해요~

유후인에 기차나 버스이용하신다면 완전 강추입니다~~
터미널에서 완전 가깝고 1층 카페가 로비이고 호텔이라기보다 게스트하우스 느낌인데 거실이 있는 방이라 진짜 널찍하고 정말 깨끗해서 맘에 들었어요~
세식구 앉아 보드게임을 즐길만큼 널찍한 테이블에 편한 소파까지 너무 만족스러웠네요~
2층 침대의 적절한 구조덕에 세식구 한자리씩 편하게 잘수있었네요~
무엇보다 깔끔하게 정리되있던 룸컨디션에 퇴실때 고마운인사를 아끼질 않았네요~
뒷편으로 편의점도 가까이 있어서 매일 들렸네요ㅋ 너무 만족스러웠습니다~

새로 오픈한곳인거 같고 방문했을 당시 욕탕쓰는 사람이 없어서 혼자 전세낸거처럼 이용했어요
방크기는 굉장히 컸고 쾌적해서 만족스러웠습니다.
