Central location, friendly staff. Not so friendly parking.
Pros:

The location is great. It's next to a mall and the train station, bus station, and the tram station.

Cons:

Parking is not included with the room. I was charged an additional 3000 yen. Parking was in the mall parking lot and not close. Finding the parking was okay, but navigating to the entrance for luggage pick up/drop off was difficult. Literally no signs to direct you to the right entrance.

Beautiful, comfy stay
Pros:

Wow this hotel was beautiful, room was super spacious with beautiful views of the harbour and mountains. Large bright windows, comfy bed, walk in wardrobe and beautiful bathroom

お掃除が行き届いていて、清潔感が際立っていました。

Idealne miejsce do zatrzymania się w Nagasaki. Świetne łóżka.
Pros:

Bardzo duży, wygodny pokój z ładnym widokiem, świetne, różnorodne śniadania, pomocny, miły personel. No i łóżka - to marzenie, a nie tylko miejsce do spania. BYły idealne!

A well located hotel with warm and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent. It was beside Nagasaki station and Nagasaki Tram station. It was a walking distance to our Gunkanjima Cruise Travel Agency and within walking distance to Shinchi Chinatown and Dejima (about 15 mins depending on your walking speed). The room was superb, large by Japanese hotel standards and well equipped. The staff service was impeccable and friendly. They would greet us at the ground floor every time we enter or leave the premises.

Cons:

We appreciated the fact a basin was provided within the toilet room but it would be good if a towel was provided since we would need to wipe our hands. It is possible we missed it. That said, we will definitely return to the hotel whenever we want to visit Nagasaki again
