Pros:

The staff were just exceptional here! It makes all the difference to be greeted every time by a smile, a willingness to help and just generally making you feel at home! Great hotel, close to the train station, and many shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and so comfortable. Definitely recommend the Marriott for a memorable stay in Nagasaki!

Pros:

The hotel was clean and very convenient, with plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. I did rent a car, and the walk from the carpark to the hotel entrance wasn’t the most convenient, but overall it was still a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
