Pros:

The hotel was clean and very convenient, with plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. I did rent a car, and the walk from the carpark to the hotel entrance wasn’t the most convenient, but overall it was still a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Great facility spoilt by over fragranced common areas !
Pros:

Room was modern, practical and spacious. Plenty of storage drawers and cupboards and the balcony was accessible from the room which is unusual at a new hotel and allowed you to enjoy the wonderful harbour view.

Cons:

One issue that was most annoying for me was the terribly sweet and artificial fragrances that dominated the entry area, check-in area, cafe and lift lobby. I am sensitive to strong floral smells and this hotel has several machines plugged in the common areas pumping out way too much fragrance….it was terrible for me and means I cannot stay at this property again when in Nagasaki on business in the future. I feel the artificial fragrance. ( and chemicals) should be reduced by 75% and then it would be OK. If you have ny allergies, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Pros:

조식이 매우 좋았다. 매일 메뉴의 변화는 거의 없었지만, 기본적인 세팅이 아주 훌륭했고,
매일 바뀌는 메뉴 중 스페셜 레시피의 오믈렛이 있었는데 그 또한 아주 좋았다.
직원들의 친절함이 좋았고,
위치 상으로 나가사키 역에 바로 붙어있어서 나가사키 전역을 다니는 중심지로서 최적의 위치였다.
아뮤플라자도 가까워 쇼핑에도 편리했고,
평화공원, 원폭자료관, 우라카미성당, 26성인기념관, 오우라천주당, 데지마 등등 관광명소와의 접근성도 좋다. (대체로 대중교통 20분 정도)
아마도 나가사키 내 최고급 숙소 중 하나일 것이다.

Cons:

위치나 호텔의 등급이 아무래도 가격이 높을 수 밖에 없다.
가성비를 따질 수준은 아니고 서비스를 생각해보면 비싸다고는 할 수 없지만,
숙박비가 저렴하지는 않다.
하지만, 확실히 돈값은 하는 곳.

Wonderful. Will stay again
Pros:

Can hardly fault this place. If we were to go Nagasaki again this would be where we will stay again.

Brilliant location. Literally right next to JR station. Giant shopping mall next to it, and also a good court area inside station.

Easy to get around by tram. They are probably 5 mins walk away.

Hotel is new and nice and very clean. We had the balcony room and it’s wonderful to be able to step outside, what impressed me the most is the design of the room. Everything is with a purpose and very cleverly laid out so it felt spacious but also have privacy if you want to. Bathroom is big.

Staff are wonderful. Their reception is on 7th floor so when enter from the ground you need to change lifts at 7, when we left our luggage on the day of checkout so we can explore a couple more hours, they kindly kept the luggage for us and send it down to first floor so when we pick up we don’t need to go up again.

I know Nagasaki probably don’t get as many tourist as Osaka or Hakata but the room is incredible, cheaper and much better than either city we stayed.

Cons:

Would have love to get house keeping clean the room daily but if you request they will do it. Not a big deal.
