とても良かった
Pros:

部屋が料金の割に広くて落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。
またバルコニーからのロケーションが良く感動しました。
食事も大変美味しく頂きました。
テーブルの間隔も広くゆっくり食事が出来て良かったです。
また利用したいです。

Cons:

別にこれと言って無いです。

Pros:

very good location, close to train station. Tram station, shopping mall, restaurant, everything is convenience, fair price, staff very helpful, room very clean and high technology, nothing can be complained, only one thing is the tooth bush is not soft enough. Excellent hotel

Pros:

1. Prime Location: The property is incredibly close to the JR station, making transit seamless and hassle-free, especially when we are traveling with heavy luggages.
2. Fantastic Conveniences: It is adjacent to the AMU shopping center and surrounded by an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants. It has been raining cats and dogs when we were there so the shopping center did help with the situation.
3. Easy Sightseeing: Tram and bus stops heading to various local attractions are all within a short 10-minute walk.
4. Modern & High-Tech Rooms: The room facilities are contemporary, pristine, and well-organized. It comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, an iron, and a shower with fantastic water pressure.
5. Great Sleep Quality: The bed is highly comfortable, and | loved that they provided pillows of varying thicknesses to suit different preferences.
6. Housekeeping: They follow an eco-friendly policy where sheets aren't changed daily unless requested, but you still get a fresh batch of towels every single day and the quality of towels are very good ( soft, fresh and thick)

Cons:

Luggage : They don't deliver luggages straight to our room for us, but honestly, it’s a minor thing and didn't bother us at all anyway!

很大間，很乾淨，景色不錯，櫃台人員超親切，就在火車站旁邊，隔壁就是小型百貨公司，很方便！

Cons:

沒有冰塊機，也沒販賣機，都得自己下樓去便利商店買，挺麻煩的！

Exceptional service and had a most wonderful stay there.
Pros:

Very near to the Nagasaki train station, street cars stop are just a walk away.

Cons:

It was slightly confusing when the entrance and reception area were not on the same floor. Need some time to adjust.
