Ao fazer a reserva pedi dois quartos twin, no dia seguinte à reserva foi-me confirmado que teria quartos twin, mas ao chegar ao hotel deparei-me com quartos duplos e sem possibilidade de mudar.

Cons:

There is no wardrobe in the room and bathroom stand is also missing .Nobody accompanied us to the room which was usually done by all good hotels.

Had a very comfortable stay in a green and very attractive place.
Pros:

The decor of the hotel is outstanding. The room was very well designed and the bright patches of colour were delightful. The expansive lobby deserves a special mention. It was a memorable experience to sit and work there for almost two hours after I had checked out from the room, soaking in the fabulous decor and the the soft strains of classical Indian instrumental music in the background. Housekeeping too was commendable.

Cons:

I felt both the dinner and the breakfast buffet required better supervision. On both occasions, one had to wait for some dishes to be replenished after a batch was over. A few items were not piping hot (dal methi at dinner and sambhar at breakfast), which was a total letdown. For a hotel that does so well on other counts, this is a real shame. The quality of the dishes too can go up s few notches higher. Finally, it would be nice to be greeted at the reception by friendlier, more smiling faces.

Priced like a five star for the amenities they provide - very low value for money

Location is convenient.

Cons:

Overpriced for what they provide. No spa services or pool restaurant on property. Rooms are very basic, toilet was small and inconvenient. Sufficient toiletries and towels were not provided- had to keep asking for extras repeatedly. Towels were old and worn out.
