Hospitality of the staff starting from front desk speciality Tania & her team was awesome. In Restaurant team Sowmadip, and his colleges hospitality is more than home.
If possible to keep some indore games I'm future. In case of rains people can play some TT to spend time & physical fitness.

recently stayed at Fortune Resort Kalimpong and had a truly memorable experience. The location is absolutely breathtaking—nestled in the hills with stunning panoramic views of the mountains, especially Mt. Kanchenjunga. Waking up to that view was a highlight of the trip!
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern comforts while still reflecting the charm of the hills. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. The restaurant served a great mix of Indian and continental food, and the breakfast spread was hearty and fresh. I especially enjoyed the local delicacies they included.
The resort’s gardens and open areas are perfect for a peaceful walk or just soaking in the beauty of Kalimpong. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for a calm and luxurious escape in the hills.
However, I was quite disappointed with how my room request was handled. I had specifically booked a view room two months in advance and clearly mentioned this during the reservation process. Despite repeated reminders at the time of check-in and during the stay, I was not provided the view room I had requested. It was frustrating, especially after planning and booking well in advance.
While the rest of the stay was comfortable and the staff was generally polite, this issue did put a damper on the experience. I hope the management improves their attention to such requests in the future, especially for guests who book early and communicate clearly.
