Pros:

Very nice location, very good breakfast, delicious, staffs r kind n nice

Cons:

Water in sink is not going through properly, toilet needs renovation, no conditioner cheap qyality tooth brush, no bathrobe.

Excellent leisure break
Pros:

Courteous and involved staff. Good restaurant with wide variety and excellent breakfast. Room comfortable and large. Gorgeous Kanchenjunga view.

Staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant… views of Kanchenjunga were amazing… well maintained, spacious, quality hotel located in Kalimpong!

Pros:

House keeping staff very good.
restaurant staff service very poor.
Come to this hotel if you have your own car as to and from to town is extremely costly and very difficult to go on foot.
Restaurant staff suraj very rude and highly disrespectful
to senior citizen .other waiters are good though.

Pros:

Hospitality of the staff starting from front desk speciality Tania & her team was awesome. In Restaurant team Sowmadip, and his colleges hospitality is more than home.

Cons:

If possible to keep some indore games I'm future. In case of rains people can play some TT to spend time & physical fitness.

Regin in housekeeping made every moment worth while with his beautiful beaming smile. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
