They have to change the bed sheets with washed ones. It seems they are not understanding when I say change the bed sheets.

Very bad experience.

Cons:

Room washbasin tap was broken, all over dirt, same with washroom. Very dirty towels and bedsheet were used.

For the old stain, during checkout they told me to pay money.
