Despite a late check-in at around 11 PM, the room was clearly not ready for occupancy. The main area was dusty throughout, and for some reason, the air conditioner took a long time to even switch on.

The condition of the toilet was unacceptable—it appeared used and emitted a strong smell of urine upon entry. Additionally, essential fixtures like the health faucet and tap were not working properly. I have attached photos and videos for your reference.

The service from the staff was equally unsatisfactory. They were unprofessional and kept calling us repeatedly to remind about the checkout time, showing no flexibility whatsoever. I was staying with my 2-year-old child and had made a few reasonable requests, which were met with zero considerations.

This stay did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or hospitality, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
