Ayazma Cave Hotel

Zunächst einmal wurden wir sehr gut empfang, alles war sehr gut in das Personal, sie waren sehr sorgfältig, um ihre Kunden in jedem Thema. Auch hier möchten wir dem gesamten Personal danken, meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen

Otelde çalışan ekip, misafirlere karşı çok ilgililerdi. İhtiyaçlara hızlı çözüm buldular. İkramları bizi mutlu etti.

La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento. Muy atentos y amables, siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas e inconvenientes. El desayuno es simple pero muy rico. La ubicación está bien si te movés en auto. Hay parking publico cerca. Es mucho más tranquilo que en Göreme o en Uçhisar.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by everyone at the hotel. I’ve stayed in hotels across 15 countries, and Ayazma Cave Hotel is honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Ruhan goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. He’s always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile.

Breakfast was another highlight — Yasemin’s omelets are a must-try! Every morning there was a nice variety, and you could also order things like menemen or fried potatoes, all freshly made and delicious.

The location is perfect — just a short 5–7 minute walk to the center of Ürgüp. Since it’s a boutique hotel, it’s quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved our time at Ayazma Cave Hotel and would 100% stay here again next time we visit Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

we came for the Cappadocia Ultra Trail Race, and Ayazma Cave Hotel is just a short walk from the start & finish line, the race centre and the expo! making it so easy for us to prepare for the race and get back to hotel for rest after.

the staff of Ayazma were super cheerful and helpful! thank you Ruhan, Ali and Yasemin for taking good care of us during our stay. they catered all our needs. the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good! would definitely recommend Ayazma to everyone :)

The center of the hotel itself is a really nice place to chill out and have conversations (especially with Ruhan the hotel manager - thank you so much for those fun times! Was such a pleasure to meet you and thank you again for help, recommendations and organisation) and the rooms let u relax at the end of eventful days.
As it’s only a 10min walk to the city centre it’s also at a great location to explore Ürgüp without being in the middle of it.

I was so apprehensive about cave hotels—that they were dank, claustrophobic, dark. However, after a short flight flanked by two very long drives to and from airports on a cold night, the HEATED floors, high ceilings, turned down beds, and smiling welcome of Ruhaan dispelled all of those fears. He wanted us to share coffee and fruit with him right then, but we were tired and slept like logs. Then to learn that the Turkish breakfast included in our stay meant eggs made to order every morning with the coolest candied figs at breakfast that Ho do well with any of the fresh cheeses and bread. I’m so glad they had room for us, and we’re very responsive when I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask how to book when I had trouble (it’s SO HARD to book hotels in Turkey for a family of 6!), and to arrange a hotel shuttle for us coming in. Ruhaan knows the best places to eat and see, just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the town center, and all he wants to know is, “Are you happy?” And yes, SO HAPPY.

Hotel was good, room was unique and its in a good location close to the city. Breakfast was excellent but the real reason it gets 5 stars is Ruhan. Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he was there every day, no matter what time of day it was. He helped us with everything and treated us like royalty. He is a true gem of hospitality.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel. The service was truly above and beyond our expectations. Ruhaan was absolutely amazing — always there to help with anything we needed. From the fresh fruit plates he surprised us with, to calling taxis at a moment’s notice, and even arranging our shuttle from the airport, he made our stay effortless.

One evening my mom accidentally left her phone in a shop in Ürgüp just before closing. Ruhaan not only called them first thing the next morning, but somehow had the phone delivered to the hotel before 8am so we didn’t even need to go pick it up. That level of care and dedication is something we’ll never forget!

The breakfast was delicious with many options, the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and full of character, and the cave hotel itself is just stunning. The location is perfect — less than a 10-minute walk into Ürgüp and only about a 15-minute drive to Göreme.

I cannot recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel enough. If I could give it 15 stars, I would! We would definitely love to stay here again.
