Pros:

There was no bath towel and when asked i got one which was like rough and old one. Perhaps ages old. The bathroom cleanliness was not upto.the mark... Just a room with A/C i would say

There was no breakfast at the hotel. They would buy and bring one item whatever you tell them. Like one dosa and one coffee kinds from a nearby restaurant.

When you book a stay via Booking.com at these fab hotel properties, Stay is not guaranteed. I reached the property with my 4 year old at 09:00 PM and they say that booking is not confirmed until we do a prepayment. No one reached out to me to pre pay and I was not aware of this. They said that all rooms are booked.

They explained to me that anyone can keep on booking through any of the websites but they cancel it from their side until prepayment is done. But in my case, no one from their management reached out for a prepayment. It seems like a scam to me.

I struggled a lot to find another hotel at that time for my stay due to their negligence.

Be aware before you book this property.

Very basic room, but great value for money.

Cons:

The listing mentioned a safety deposit box in the room, but there was none. Also they could've been more generous with toiletries. TV remote was out of batteries.
