Great Hotel with Great Staff
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast spread. all types of cuisines. eggs made to perfection. all in all totally worth it. Many healthy options too. Tea was great.

Cons:

Small room size. But all amenities were provided. So no complaints

The stay was good .not memorable
Pros:

Rooms are good size . Comfortable mattress breakfast was good . Room service food Casual
Dining Burger ,sandwich was good

Cons:

Room was not sound proof . I could noise of the road . crack of light from the corridor through the gap of front door was not comfortable . Room service regional food ordered was hopeless

good for a short stay /quick turn around
Pros:

Staff very good. Location - average.....too crowded. Breakfast - was good but super crowded. didnt give a peaceful feel. Carpets need to be reviewed, they look frayed in many places. Our room , i think , may have been below the gym... had a lot of stamping noises in the morning

Excellent stay with family
Pros:

Very good service and hospitality from all staffs especially Mr John

Cons:

The Plug point can be universal as in other 5 star hotels.
They should provide high tea and happy hours for guests

Lovely stay in great hotel with amazing staff and delicious food
Pros:

The property is very clean and well maintained. The food at dinner is really amazing. The staff is super helpful, Prasath and Bhubesh especially went out of their way to help us all throughout our stay. The proximity to the airport is also great.

Short but comfortable stay at O by Tamara.
Pros:

We had booked the family room which was very spacious for 3 guests. The rooms are very clean with comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are clean. The restaurant and food was good. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to add in the dislike list. As we arrived late in the evening and had to leave in the morning after breakfast did not have the time to explore the facilities in the property.
