Incorrectly describes the hotel
Pros:

The room I was given needed a fair bit of attention from the cleanliness of the bathroom,filling in the toilet roll and tissues
Restaurant was ok but the food needed more variation.However the staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Although it says there is a spa they mean it only offered massages.
I feel Expedia could have done a better job with verifying all that is claimed in the description.I think it should be only a Two star rating.

With given services and amenities, it is not a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Food was good.

Cons:

1. We requested and followed up several time to provide Room Heaters. However, they told all the heaters have gone for repairs.
2. Requested for Room Slippers. They were out of Stock.
3. Received complementary Dental Kits after Several follow ups.
3. The Drinking water bottle caps were rusted and had fungus. Even after complaining the replaced caps were of same condition.
4. Less varieties in their breakfast menu.

Its a good hotel. But they do not know how to manage it properly. Probably in 1 or 2 yrs it wl bebad

Management issues like wen i reached restaurant they were firing a staff. Which is very unprofessional in front of outside guests.

Even at 11 and 12 at night it is noisy. Guests are out of their rooms and no one is bothered to take care of thing's.

Liked the view from our room, cleanliness of the room

Cons:

Even after paying an advance amount of Rs 1001 as booking amount, the amount was not adjusted to my total paid amount. I realised it after checking out from the hotel. The system's are not updated. The controlling office and the branch hotels work in silos.
