Poor hospitality and untidy rooms
not matched my expectation and the cost is too high when they gave me a very small room.
No dressing table and no mirrors anywhere and the restroom had a very bad smell.
it’s centrally situated with plenty of restaurants, cafes, momo carts, and food options nearby. But beyond that, the stay has been extremely disappointing. From the unhygienic conditions and cockroach infestation to being charged extra for a pointless room change, everything else about the experience has been a letdown.
The room was in an extremely unhygienic condition with a severe cockroach infestation as they were crawling on the floor, bed, and even on my clothes. The bedsheets and towels had cigarette burn holes, and the towels had strange yellow stains, which was unacceptable. Despite raising the issue, I was charged extra for an “upgrade” that had the same problems. The staff was unhelpful, and I had to repeatedly call customer service just to get that extra charge removed. This entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below basic standards. I am requesting a full refund for the distress and inconvenience caused.

The bathroom floor were not clean as expected. I did tell this to receptionist but still there weren’t any changes.
