It’s a clean hotel but far from places. Dont book their transport
Pros:

It’s clean, well maintained, relatively new, staff is polite, breakfast is good and they allowed me a late checkout at 1pm

Cons:

1. The location wasn’t best suited for me.
2. I asked for airport pick up and paid Rs 2350 something, they sent me a shoddy dirty old car which had a gas cylinder in the boot and I couldn’t put my luggage there. Came all the way to the hotel with luggage in my lap. I reached out to their manager Vinith who gave me lame excuses but never made the effort to ensure I didn’t leave dissatisfied.
3. The staff is majorly teenage boys and girls. They are all polite but lack the authority of decision making, they kept reaching out to the manager for everything.

Family friendly place, staff were really helpful, polite and great hospitality
Pros:

Great breakfast, often had other meals at the hotel as well. Food was good. The staff were very helpful. Clean and modern rooms

Cons:

When I booked, the images on the website seemed to show the hotel sitting within a nice compound area. However in reality it wasn't the case. The hotel is right by the side of the main road, no gates, no compound. so that was a let down
