Amazing international hotel, absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice comfortable stay at Bangalore.
Pros:

We got the room on time without any delays. Breakfast was available downstairs at a very clean and aesthetic restaurant, with very helpful and sophisticated staff. Breakfast was very succulent with a wide range of options, including ala carte. Sushma and Karthik at the front desk were very respectful and solicitous. Sahil from the room service provided everything we needed A-Z without any disappointment. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds, clean bed linens, and a clean sparkling toilet. Overall the hotel lives up to the standards of an international reputation with absolute value for money.

Cons:

The location where the hotel was situated was in a rather rural neighborhood with very few people around. Anyhow this also wasn’t necessarily a bad attribute as it served as a formula to prevent over crowding inside the hotel.

Great location for Manyata/North Bangalore work trips – very close to Embassy Manyata Business Park and the outer ring road tech corridor. Clean, comfortable rooms with good Wi‑Fi and AC – solid basics for a mid-range business hotel. Staff are extremely polite and humble – front desk and housekeeping are warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Decent breakfast and in-house restaurant – good variety and taste, convenient after late meetings.Good value amenities – free Wi‑Fi, free parking, 24-hour check-in, and a basic fitness center.

Cons:

Rooms feel a bit cramped – fine for short stays, but tight if you’re spreading out work gear or staying longer.Some toiletries were missing – had to request basics that should ideally be stocked at check-in.Area is more business than leisure – not ideal if you want to be near cafes, pubs, or major sights; you’ll depend on cabs.Gym is basic – okay for light workouts, but not enough for serious training sessions.

It’s a clean hotel but far from places. Dont book their transport
Pros:

It’s clean, well maintained, relatively new, staff is polite, breakfast is good and they allowed me a late checkout at 1pm

Cons:

1. The location wasn’t best suited for me.
2. I asked for airport pick up and paid Rs 2350 something, they sent me a shoddy dirty old car which had a gas cylinder in the boot and I couldn’t put my luggage there. Came all the way to the hotel with luggage in my lap. I reached out to their manager Vinith who gave me lame excuses but never made the effort to ensure I didn’t leave dissatisfied.
3. The staff is majorly teenage boys and girls. They are all polite but lack the authority of decision making, they kept reaching out to the manager for everything.

Family friendly place, staff were really helpful, polite and great hospitality
Pros:

Great breakfast, often had other meals at the hotel as well. Food was good. The staff were very helpful. Clean and modern rooms

Cons:

When I booked, the images on the website seemed to show the hotel sitting within a nice compound area. However in reality it wasn't the case. The hotel is right by the side of the main road, no gates, no compound. so that was a let down
