Entrance only stairs, so its difficult to carry a heavy suitcase near the elevator.

Passable. Not recommended for families as there is a bar.
Pros:

Staff was polite and cooperative.

Cons:

There were too many cockroaches. The bedding was not clean and very worn out. There were ugly stains on the bedsheets. We were not aware that there is a bar on the ground floor which was very unpleasant for us. On one of the nights there were loud noises in the lobby until 2.00 am due to which we could not sleep.

Though hotel is OK but for meal/breakfast you have to go outside
Pros:

Though we don't for breakfast, but there canteen opens at 11 am. We have to go out of hotel for breakfast, even tea/coffee not provided in the morning

Cons:

Hotel staff is the source of information regarding city, but they don't share their knowledge or they are least concern about it.

Pros:

The stay was comfortable.

Cons:

Room service was slow, food is decent. There’s no parking in the premises before 9:30pm and after 6am, so we had to park in the adjacent lane.

Too many bugs in the room, bed, toilet cupboard! Everywhere
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room was infested by bugs ! They need some serious bug termination process ! I swear they were everywhere. Besides the bugs the property rocks, but bugs make it sick
