A bit lonely but food was excellant

Good experience with the new year party. Party was not overcrowded, so that was the best. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Dinner buffet was tasty.

A very well maintained and kept property. Didn’t have a a single concern. Safe, well maintained and spotlessly kept property. Great staff both at the front desk, facilities and the restaurant. Every request was attended to promptly and we felt very well taken care of during our 1 week stay at the property. Most recommended!!!

The location was great. All the staff specially Guru and Payal at the breakfast area were very courteous, helpful and pleasant.
The hotel is very clean and they have all the modern amenities. They have great variety of breakfast and dinner.

Teh ambience is too good and the service provided is top notch. The tea coffee lounge near to the reception serves good bakery items and cookies 😀

I have stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton multiple times, and whenever I come to Bangalore, this is usually my first option. The location and overall experience have been fairly consistent over the years.

Housekeeping is always good—the rooms are clean, well maintained, and that’s something I truly appreciate every time I stay here.

However, the food and beverage experience needs improvement. The breakfast spread, especially for vegetarian options, is quite limited. During this stay, I didn’t even opt for breakfast because of the restricted choices. Happy hours also feel underwhelming, with very limited beverage options.

The reception staff experience is average—not bad, but not great either. At times they are cooperative, but on some occasions, I felt the approach could be more welcoming and supportive.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good cleanliness standards, but improvements in food variety, beverage options, and front desk service would make a big difference.

This was an amazing experience...the food was excellent..kudos to the chef and a special mention of Brinda whose service was flawless.

The hotel is great location, room amazingly clean, bed is great and large. The food from the alacart is amazing and delicious. Tue breakfast has various type and covered my non indian background. Thank you so much for the great comfort and hospitality for and Nayan too..

The staff were genuinely wonderful, their warmth and attentiveness are the main reason for my rating. However, a few maintenance issues stood out: the washbasin drained frustratingly slowly for me, and I found a stained towel in the bathroom. Even though it was clean, towels with permanent stains should really be retired from circulation, I am not sure whether this was a miss from their side.
Since I checked in late, the welcome cake had been sitting in my room for hours and had dried out, making it barely edible. It would be nice if they could ensure these welcome amenities stay fresh, perhaps by delivering them closer to the guest’s arrival time.
That said, these were minor bumps in an otherwise pleasant stay. The excellent service from the team made up for most of it.

It was a great pleasure of staying here and was impressed by the high standard of service. Will certainly be returning for longer stay in the future.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, and its location near the office park is very convenient. Atanu and Jitul were really polite and ensured everything was kept nice and clean throughout my stay. Room amenities were regularly replenished.

I highly recommend the lobby drip lounge, excellent tea and coffee.
