Pros:

The staff were kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile every time we came in or went out. The location was great, as we were within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in this area of Bangalore.

It was very beautiful and cozy stay
Pros:

Everything was good. The room , essentials provided, ambience and cleanliness perfect.

Cons:

The lift which is on the first floor is a problem if we have someone with back or knee issues who cannot climb stairs at all.
Shower gel was exactly above the toilet tissue which stained the tissue, making it non usable.
The bathroom door was having some issue not able to close it.
Sometimes the staff is not so responsive for any room service.

Location is great. Property is nice and i stay here all the time for more than 2 years for work. Sri RANGAM CAFE besides it is heaven too.

Exceptionally comfortable stay, lovely staff, great location, great cleanliness.
Pros:

For a prime location, the property, the rooms, the amenities, the staff, the cleanliness at the price is a steal. Even putting price aside I had a lovely stay.

Cons:

Though I did not ask, but free WiFi, if offered, would have been nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend, best ever experience in the busy area, a peaceful calm and relaxed place to chill around with excellent facilities. I felt very safe and homely. The perks are Coffee any time you want ( coffee machine in the reception, friendly staff. I called the maintenance team in the midnight for extra towels and wifi not getting connected to the television, it was provided and resolved immediately. Small library to choose a small variety of books. Very clean and well maintained place. The ambience was more than expected with cozy rooms and toilets well cleaned. Overall it was a great experience to stay around. Value for money. Looking forward to visit again. Thanks Olive Embassy

Great location with disappointing staff

Amazing location

Cons:

The staff are unprofessional. It took more than an half hour to check us in. The receptionist printed all used pages of my passport. We had to fill forms to share address details and then WhatsApp the same details later even though we did web check in and provided all details prior.

We booked for two people, but there is only one towel and small toilet paper. We were 2mins late to give our laundry and had to pay 2x price. And an additional hidden transportation fee. When we try to have a conversation about it to the receptionist, absolutely no response and complete silent.

Room and location is quite nice. But overall a very dissatisfying experience
