The hotel is well located

Cons:

but the facilities are old and poorly maintained.
The refrigerator was dirty, with broken accessories. The room is outdated and gives an overall impression of neglect.
The staff is not welcoming and lacks professionalism in terms of hospitality (very few greetings and little to no smiles).
The breakfast is very poor, with no particular effort made for tourists. The milk and coffee were cold every day. Each time, we had to ask for the milk to be heated, supposedly because the machine was broken.
Cleanliness needs improvement: dusty carpet upon arrival, careless housekeeping, trash bins not emptied daily, items left on the floor after cleaning, and a stick found under the sink upon arrival.
Personally, I did not enjoy my stay and I will not return.

Not clean (bad and toalet were real disaster), staff not helpful nor kind whatsoever. It was way expensive for the things we have recived in return.

Breakfast was poor and i found hair in my cheese which was not nice. Definitely i could have found much much much better hotel for this price. The only positive note was location

Nada, nada más llegar nos estuvieron esperando 30 minutos sin hablar inglés ellos, y resulta que nuestra habitación que era doble con dos camas que la había escogido con dos camas, no había y nos daban una cama doble, les dijimos que no porque iba con un amigo, nos dicen luego que van a poner una cama, les decimos que no será supletoria y ellos que no, cuando vamos una mierda de cama supletoria, se lo digo al tío y dice que me devuelve el dinero y que busque otro hotel, digo como? Si la culpa no es mía. En fin luego viene el director tres horas después y nos manda a otro hotel más cutre. Unos sinvergüenzas vamos.
