The hotel was in the city center, excellent location, the reception girl was so unpleasant that I wanted to cancel and leave, I went with the reservation asking for other information too The parking lot aside, who didn't understand anything, turned to me in an offensive tone, saying your English really sucks. His arrogance disgusted me during my stay.
