اقامتي كانت اسبوعين ، كانت جيدة جداً الحمدلله الموظفين كانوا متعاونين وبشوشين بالرغم من لغة التواصل كانت صعبة لكن الحمد

جيدة وكل الموظفين متعاونين .
للاسف الموظفين لايتحدثون العربية! وتركيا دولة سياحية وعلاجية ويتوافدون إليها الناس من كل الدول لوكان موظفين الفنادق يتحدثون العربية سيكون جيد جدا للذين لا يتحدثون الا العربية

Uncomfortable Stay, Unhelpful Staff

The breakfast was very good , and the hotel is close to many resturants and shops

Cons:

Temperature & Comfort: Despite visiting in June, the hotel refused to activate the central air conditioning, citing it as “still spring.” The room faced direct sunlight, making it unbearably hot and impossible to sleep. A request to change rooms was denied, with staff claiming the hotel was fully booked.
Staff Attitude: The reception staff — particularly one middle-aged male employee — were notably rude and dismissive. Every concern was met with excuses rather than solutions. Guests deserve basic courtesy and a genuine effort to help; neither was offered here.
Noise: The hotel sits in an extremely busy area. Expect constant street noise throughout the day and night — a serious problem if you value rest.
Space: Both the rooms and the lobby are cramped and tight. Don’t expect comfort or room to breathe.
Bottom line: Poor service, no air conditioning in summer heat, unbearable noise, and tiny spaces. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Die Aussicht im Essenssaal

Cons:

Wir hatten Betwanzen die im Bett überall herumliefen. Die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher wiesen Flecken und Löcher auf. Des Weiteren wurde die Klimaanlage bewusst ausgeschaltet laut der Managerin, obwohl das so gebucht wurde und es sogar im Mai war. Dementsprechend war es rund um die Uhr unerträglich heiß im Zimmer. Der größte Witz aber daran war, dass sie in der Lobby lief, wahrscheinlich um mögliche Laufkundschaft bewusst zu täuschen. Obwohl wir auf einer der höchsten Etagen waren, war der Lärm von draußen voll wahrzunehmen. Es hat fast keinen Unterschied gemacht ob offen oder zu, weil die Fenster kein bisschen schalldicht waren. Zudem wurde ich während meines Aufenthalts 3 mal gefragt ob ich tatsächlich hier bin was sehr genervt hat.

El hotel está bien para una noche. Esta ubicado cerca de una zona con muchos restaurantes y vida nocturna. La habitación era cómodo, pero necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento y mayor cuidado por los detalles.

Ванная была ужасная. Комната была тёмная, освещение ужасное. грязно было, везде было пыльно. Постель была с пятнами. Завтрак тоже так себе. Выбора можно сказать что вообще не было. Номер 209 был ужас!!

Un séjour très agréable avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable au cœur d'Ankara
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, en plein centre de Kızılay et à proximité du métro. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Les chambres sont propres et le petit-déjeuner est varié.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée car on entend un peu le bruit de la rue le soir. Sinon, tout était correct
