Cons:

As soon as I reached the airport, I realized that the property was nearly two hours away from my event venue. I immediately contacted the hotel and informed them that it would not be feasible for me to stay there, as I needed accommodation closer to the venue to avoid any difficulty in reaching on time, especially since my commitments began early in the morning.

Despite informing the hotel promptly, the amount was still charged to my card and my request for a refund was declined. I also requested a transfer to their other property that was located closer to my venue, but I was informed that this was not possible.

I find it disappointing that neither an alternative arrangement nor a refund was offered, despite the genuine nature of the situation and my immediate efforts to resolve it.
