An urban retreat with a surprisingly extensive local cultural offerings.
Pros:

I had never stayed at an OMO7 property so had no idea the FUN & education I would receive about the area. They have thought of local activities for every age group. Every single team member was friendly & VERY helpful.

Cons:

The little cafe, right off Reception was always either closed or has a verrry limited offering. Especially considering that check-in time is 3:00 ON THE DOT, guests who arrive early (myself included) have to hang around doing nothing. They could make money & keep waiting guests occupied if the cafe were functional.

Pros:

The vibes is nice, hot bath is ideal. room is spacious. Staff is very polite.

Cons:

Need to sest the 3rd bed by ourselves. As a branded hotel, this should include this service.

Good place to stay in Kochi
Pros:

There's a list of mini-events that the hotel offers, giving guests nice experiences to the local culture
The view is quite nice
The staff was very helpful and accommodating with requests

Cons:

The location is slightly further away from main tourist hubs
The parking situation is quite unique with a "curfew" as it requires staff to operate the elevator parking

Nice modern Hotel,but not a 5 star hotel for me to less value for the money. I’ve had better 4. star Hotels.
Pros:

Modern nice Hotel

Cons:

The room for someone traveling alone was to small.The “ chair “ in the room was build to the wall, beside the bed, but absolutely not practical The man at the desk , in the beginning, was not that helpful.

まだまだ勉強不足ですね…
Cons:

玄関が狭すぎ！
靴がつっかえて開けられないし、
段差ないのは良いが、あれ絶対に外国人靴のまま上がってる
そう思うと衛生的にも気になる
そもそもカーペット自体が不衛生と思う
とにもかくにもあれだけ部屋が広いのに玄関狭くてバランス悪すぎ

湯船に対し洗い場が少なく、空くまで待っていなければならない
カッコつけすぎ

スタッフさんも悪くはないが事務的で人間味なし　全然的に若すぎ人生経験足らないそのためマニュアル通りの受け答えしかできず暖かみを感じなかった
