Chic onsen hotel
Pros:

I’d always wanted to stay at this hotel. It’s a wonderful place. Well appointed, looks great and functions extremely well. Laundry and ice available. The onsen facilities are brilliant. Very clean and peaceful. Would definitely boom again.

満足です。
Pros:

施設内が和を基調として、全ての床が畳で気持ち良いです。
空気も清潔感があり、非日常を感じました。
7つの貸切風呂も個々の温泉の特徴を感じここ1箇所で体験できるのも素晴らしいです。
駅も近く周りには飲食店も多いのが便利です。

Cons:

2度利用しましたが…特に感じられません。
また、利用させていただきたいです。

lovely onsen, landscapping, perks !
Pros:

very comfortable beds! large room! coffee dispenser downstairs, ice cream in the evening, ramen at 10pm! private onsen available!very nice deco both exterior and interior, sunrise from the top floor is very nice!!!

Cons:

need to walk barefoot - would hv preferred at least slippers, pillow is soooo hard even when turned to the soft side..

とても満足しました。お世話になりました。
Pros:

別府駅に隣接していて観光拠点としても立地は最高である。また館内は新しく清潔に保たれておりスタッフの対応も非常に気持ちが良かった。大浴場は深夜も入浴可能なのは風呂好きには有り難かった。朝食をいただいたが品数が多く美味しかった。
大変満足度の高い宿泊となりました。

Cons:

大浴場は宿泊客数に対してピーク時は狭い印象を感じた。しかし、深夜はガラガラであった。
館内はスリッパではなく素足なので衛生面で気になる。靴下履きは欠かせない。
今時のご時世であろうが外国のお客さんがとても多く子供連れ家族もなん組も見かける。あまりマナーも良くないし騒がしいのは否めない。

Pros:

Everything was super nice at this hotel. Clean and comfortable, finishing the day with hot bath was the best part. They offer free coffee & matchas, they are very good. Dinner buffet was also delicious.

Great onsen hotel
Pros:

Location is very convenient, 1min walk from Beppu Stn. Numerous facilities like onsen, massage chairs, free ice-cream, free ramen 10-11pm, free laundry. Marvelous!!

Cons:

Staff English not very fluent. Housekeeping didn't wash the cup.
Bathroom has no place to hang towel.
Aircon on/off sporadically, maybe to save electricity.

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

11/10! Considering the price we paid, it's everything we expected and more. Room was very spacious, clean, with a Japanese yet modern setting. From breakfast, onsen bath (with free popsicles), midnight ramen and even cold pillow service during summer, the stay was sublime. It's literally one minute walk away from Beppu station as well, making it so easy for us with 2 big luggages.

can't fault anything!
