コスパが高い。
Pros:

清潔だったこと。

Cons:

駅からちょっと遠く、周辺で食事が出来ない事。しかし余りその件での減点は重要でなし。

全体的には満足している
Pros:

部屋、共用部など清潔であった。

Cons:

朝食にパンをメインで食べたが、そちらにあったおかず類のレパートリーが少なく感じた。例えばベーコン、ウインナー、マッシュポテト、目玉焼きなどあるとよかった。

東横イングループはいつも思うが、朝食のクオリティが高くてとても美味しい。
駅からの立地もとても良かった。

Cons:

止まっている人数に対してエレベーターが少なく、中層階だと1階に降りるのに何度か待たされた。
防犯の為エレベーターにカメラが付いているのはよいが、1階のモニターで見えるのはプライバシーとして嫌だった。
