Das Gesamtkonzept

Cons:

Keinerlei Möglichkeit E-Bike aufzuladen. Mitnahme der Akkus iauf das Zimmer verboten. Rezeption bei der Abrechnung überfordert. Zimmer sind bezahlt! Nach Verlassen des Hotels wurde ich außerhalb zurück gerufen, da doch nicht bezahlt. Gebuch über Booking.com.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel – vom äußerst freundlichen Personal bis hin zum sehr schön und stilvoll gestalteten, großzügigen Zimmer.
Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, das Badezimmer geräumig, mit einer Duschkabine, die über einen Thermostatmischer verfügt, sodass die Wassertemperatur immer konstant bleibt. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Außerordentlich sauber, neu und klimatisiert.
Absolute Empfehlung. Ein Hotel in einer höheren Qualitäts- und Servicekategorie, jedoch zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit..
Das Hotel liegt im Industriegebiet, hat aber super Busverbindungen. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Man kann erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken: wir hatten Glück und waren kurz vor drei Uhr da, vor uns ein Ehepaar, hinter uns bildete sich mit der Zeit eine riesige Schlange...
Frühstück: Café Creme war eine furchtbar dünne Plörre...Obstsalat gab es nur an zwei von vier Tagen.
Sauberkeit: Beim Ankommen machte das Zimmer einen sauberen Eindruck. Am dritten Tag war das Zimmer nachmittags noch nicht gemacht, wir reklamierten, zwei Reinigungskräfte kamen mit Handtüchern, keinerlei Reinigungsutensilien. Keine Ahnung wie das Zimmer geputzt wurde, man will es nicht wissen!!!

Pros:

We traveled with our 1-year-old baby, and the room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, a kettle, and kitchen equipment that was very useful for preparing our baby's meals. The staff were extremely friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day, and they didn’t serve anything on request.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and kind. They even provided a nice little bed for my dog as well as watering food bowls. The room was beautifully laId out and very comfortable for Alice (my dog) and I.

Cons:

The TV channels were quite limited. With the outside temperature being over 38 degrees we were staying in the room over mid-day, so the TV choice was important. The only BBC channel was BBC News, which was a poor version of the other BBC channels.

Hotel ok, Personal schlecht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Zimmer modern, Lobby modern. Lage gut - Parkhaus in der Nähe, gute Anbindung mit ÖV IN DIE sTAND

Cons:

Das Personal am Check in der Nacht war das schlechteste, was wir jemals erlebt hatten. Der junge Mann hatte keine Ahnung, meine Freundin bekam ein Zimmer für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung, obwohl das Hotel nicht voll war, er sprach uns einfach per Du mit falschen Namen an, verlangte keine Pass - einfach unterirdisch schlecht.
Am letzten Abend wollten wir an der Bar noch einen Absacker nehmen - alles, was auf der Karte war und wir bestellen wollten, gab es nicht. Der Chef hat dann die Dame an der Bar noch vor uns gemassregelt, sie soll endlich abkassieren - alles ein Nogo.
