Das Hotel hat Potential, aber es scheitert an Details und am schlechten Service des Personals.

Schöne Lobby, Tischkicker

Cons:

Laute Türen auf den Etagen lassen Wände und Zimmertüren wackeln - ruhiger Schlaf so kaum möglich, Reinigung der Zimmer immer ungenügend, Personal kennt die Probleme und tut nichts dagegen auch nach Ansprache nicht

Groß, hell, modern
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu, groß und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig. Mir hat es in diesem Hotel wirklich gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Man kommt mit einer Buslinie leicht in die Innenstadt und zurück. Allerdings machen das die anderen Hotelgäste ebenfalls so, weshalb der Bus immer sehr, sehr voll ist. Zu Fuß würde es über 40 Minuten dauern, in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Wer es mit dem Auto versuchen würde, dürfte in der Innenstadt wahrscheinlich keinen Parkplatz finden.

Für 160 Euro! Ohne Frühstück für 1 Nacht- eher enttäuschend. Auf dem Boden war überall Staub. Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Leider solltenixh mein Urlaub ( 3 Nächte) sofort bei CheckIn abbrechen, da ich unterwegs gesundheitliche Probleme bekommen habe. Ich habe nur eine Nacht geschlafen und sollte mit ganze Familie sofort zurück nach Berlin zum Arzt fahren. Habe das Personal mir entgegen kommen und wei Tee re zwei Nachte mir erstatten. personal hat es abgelehnt, obwohl Booking selbst habe Freigabe erteilt aber Hotel nicht. Ich finde es schweinerei.

Pros:

Moderne, décoré et très propre.
Bon standing.

Cons:

Emplacement : besoin de prendre le bus 6 pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Manque d'information par le personnel : carte d'hôte à délivrer par l'hôtel pour bénéficier gratuitement des bus de la ville. Le personnel ne nous en a jamais informés.

Trouble du voisinage causé par chambre voisine (musique très forte, cris et agitation en pleine nuit) : j'ai appelé l'accueil de l'hôtel mais aucune réponse ! Nuit blanche et plainte le lendemain auprès de l'hôtel. Réaction inappropriée de ces derniers : mauvais anglais, il m'a été dit que j'aurais dû descendre en pleine nuit car une personne est présente tout la nuit à l'accueil (!) et aucun geste commercial.
