Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster.

Abbiamo preso la stanza con angolo cottura e riguardo a questo ci sono alcune cose da migliorare: se cucini poi non hai uno spazio comodo dove appoggiarti per mangiare, tutto quello che serve per cucinare e mangiare devi ritirarlo alla reception pagando una cauzione di 30 euro e va bene ci può anche stare data la maleducazione degli esseri umani, ma poi non mi puoi scrivere che se cucinando faccio un po’ di vapore può scattare l’ antincendio che fa direttamente arrivare i vigili del fuoco e te devi pagare 800 euro per il falso avvisi. Io penso che o l’angolo cottura non lo metti o se lo metti poi non devi dire alle persone che non possono cucinare. Noi ci siamo astenuti, non abbiamo cucinato con la minaccia degli 800 euro quindi abbiamo pagato di più la camera per niente. Dunque sconsiglio camere con angolo cottura. Un altra cosa da migliorare è dove appendere i vestiti, piccolo scomodo e troppo vicino al fornello. Ovviamente nelle camere senza angolo cottura questi inconvenienti non dovrebbero esserci.

Keine Parkplätze inklusive. Man kann in der Strasse 9 Stunden kostenlos parken oder für 16.00 Euro im Parkhaus.

Our check-in officially started at 3:00 PM. Although we arrived before approximately six other groups, the hotel refused to begin the check-in process even a few minutes earlier and made everyone wait until exactly 3:00 PM.

The much bigger issue occurred after our stay. We checked out at 8:00 AM, and about three hours later we realized that I had accidentally left my medication in the hotel’s refrigerator.

From that moment on, it became virtually impossible to reach the hotel. We called at least ten times over the following days, but nobody ever answered the phone. We also contacted IHG’s reservations customer service multiple times. Although they answered immediately and repeatedly attempted to transfer our calls to the hotel, no one at the hotel ever picked up. We sent a message through Booking.com immediately after discovering the issue, but never received a response. We also emailed the hotel in both English and German, and those emails were completely ignored.

Seven days later, when we returned to the hotel, the only employee who was willing to help was Ms. Polina. She checked the refrigerator, found my medication, and returned it to me. Unfortunately, the insulated ice container that we had left with the medication to keep it cold had disappeared.

With the exception of Ms. Polina, no one showed any concern or took responsibility for this situation. Ignoring repeated phone calls, Booking.com messages, and emails regarding a guest’s medication is completely unacceptable. The complete lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing.

We would like to express our appreciation to Ms. Polina for her professionalism and willingness to help. However, the hotel’s handling of this incident was unacceptable, and we are filing this complaint because such a serious failure in guest service should never happen.

Ich habe schon Wochen davor immer mehrmald angerufen und auch eine Mail geschrieben weil ich wissen wollte ob ich mein E-Bike mitnehmen kann und vor Ort laden kann. Ich habe nie eine Antwort bekommen noch zu dem hat bei der Rezeption nie jemand das Telefon abgenommen und ich habe sehr oft angerufen

Zimmer hat gefühlte 10 qm, schon sehr winzig

Es gibt nichts zu meckern

Küche mitgebucht kein Geschirr vorhanden.
Hund kostet 25 Euro für was?
Hundehaare vom Vorgänger
Schild bitte nicht stören wurde ignorriert

Lage nicht zentral, aber mit dem Bus vor der Tür kommt man direkt ins Stadt-Zentrum.
Liegt leider direkt an einer großen Straße, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig.
Zimmer schön aber eng für 2, dafür großzügiges Bad.
Insgesamt wenig Ablagefläche, v.a. wenn man zu zweit und mit mehr Gepäck als für 1-2 Tage reist.
