Schönes ruhiges Hotel.
Man kann sich gleich noch das ehemalige Laga Gelände
anschauen.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war zu klein.Nicht gut geschlafen.

Avoid if in transfer and looking for a good rest. Give it a try if in a party-goers group.
Pros:

We loved the modern interior design, overall cleanliness and friendly staff (especially the lady at the reception desk deserves a huge recognition - she was exceptionally empathic). Also WiFi was working well (what is not that obvious in German hotels). The dinner food selection at the restaurant was pretty good and of decent quality - although rather basic, there was something for every taste, if one does not have too high expectations.

Cons:

Here we need to underline, that this review was made from the perspective of a family in a long-road travel, looking for a layover (so a good rest before the next milestone is a must). From this perspective, the hotel was rather disappointing experience: there was a big open-air festive or a techno-party just meters away - very loud hard-beat preventing any sleep before midnight or longer. This place is not quiet at all. I don't know if the parties are regular or not, yet the risk of ruining your rest before you hit the road next day is too big. Also, the gravel path to the chalet makes it hard for your rolling suitcase - unless it is a 4x4 big wheeled off-roader. Breakfast selection is rather limited for the price - unless you're a fan of "German mortadella". Beds are not big and the pillows were totally uncomfortable. What was also striking, was that there are no designated parking spaces for hotel guests (despite advertised on Booking.com) - all were taken by the restaurant and it took a good while to find any. This is definitely not what the tired traveller expect when arriving the layover destination. That all being said, this place can be a great choice for a group of people searching for a contemporary stay in walking distance from the old town, or night owls fancy joining loud festives/parties. That's why we still give it a 7 and not lower, also because of what we listed in the positives section. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it at all as the layover - the downsides are just too big and not acceptable. In one word - avoid this location if you're in similar situation.

Pros:

Cichy hotel, w dobrej lokalizacji, dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania regionu. W pokojach jest wszystko co potrzeba, dookoła sporo miejsc do pospacerowania. Warto odwiedzić samo miasteczko Wangen, jest bardzo ładne.

Mało miejsc parkingowych i często są zajęte przez gości restauracji

Für die Durchreise auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Gastronomie einschließlich Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer grünen Oase.

Cons:

Am Engagement der Rezeptionistin ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Matratze ist leider durchgelegen. Die Zimmerreinigung könnte intensiviert werden. Ein 2. Stuhl im Doppelzimmer wäre wünschenswert.

Cons:

Wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung ohne Frühstück da: hier gab es nichts zu meckern.

Colazione ottima, stanza pulita

Cons:

Personale poco empatico, a parte una signorina, le altre scortesi e poco pazienti. Soprattutto considerando la difficoltà con la lingua, non hanno avuto un minimo di comprensione. Inoltre avevamo il locale caldaia a fianco della camera e il doccione in bagno ha ripetutamente fatto scorrere acqua per tutta la notte, senza possibilità di fermare lo scroscio. Letto comodo, ma tanto piccolo con una parte appoggiata al muro e quindi molto complicato per chi deve scendere da quella parte. Ottima come stanza da singolo,non ideale per una coppia
